Staff, techs, and doctors alike are all extremely kind, welcoming, and down to earth. Really appreciated the way that Dr. Chow took the time to explain the work that I needed done and why. Her opinions were humble, professional and kindly delivered. Then her secretary sat down with me and went over the cost breakdown of my entire treatment plan. She answered all of my questions and my laid out my options for making payments, also offering me information about care credit. They were so kind, patient, and accommodating and I felt no judgement from any of them. This is the best dental experience I have had in years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable dental practice in the area.

BrightNow is great. I have not been to the dentist in awhile. The staff is friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was so kind and gentle. She explained everything to me and discussed X-rays and my treatment plan. I highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job! Very clean nice office and the staff is very welcoming. I've been here a few times over the years for a few wisdom teeth removals. I recently decided to take the doctors recommendations to fix and maintain my teeth in general and they did a great job. The doctor was quick and efficient, he didn't try to upsell or be pushy but did have some good recommendations. They also gave me a very reasonable price (I did some shopping around) I definitely recommend 'one smile enrollment plan' discount rate, it saved me $$$ for sure.

They are absolutely wonderful here. My last dentist had left me in tears the last time I left there and I searched for a recommendation on next door app and I received the recommendation of this dentist. have to say I couldn't be more happy. They treat you with respect and dignity even if you don't have the best teeth they are there to help you and go through the process with you and I greatly appreciate them every step of the way ❤ 5stars!

Everyone (administrative staff, dental technicians, and the doctor). We’re all very kind and professional. They explained everything to me that I needed to know and everything went very smoothly. The weight was a minimal.

I have been going here for years and have never had a negative or dissatisfactory experience. They are conveniently located by a major freeway and there is ample parking.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist for any reason. But I love coming here. During my last visit I had to have a tooth pulled and was very nervous. But I had no reason to be I was in great hand.
The receptionists are always so nice and friendly. The Dr himself was amazing. The procedure was done fast and painless. Love these people. I wish I could give them more stars

This place is awesome! My daughter was really nervous about going to the dentist on Wednesday. She started to cry as soon as we walked through the door. Sonia greeted Hannah and I with a smile, and promised Hannah that the tools that she was going to use to clean her teeth weren’t going to hurt. Sonia tried the tools on Hannah’s hand first, that made Hannah laugh uncontrollably!

I would give these guys 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Great service. They were nice enough to give me a discount even though I wasn't covered with insurance. My insurance would cover me starting within the next week so that was a very positive experience.

Great Visit, Only took about 1/2 Hour for my teeth cleaning.
Lena Wuasa explained each of her steps before continuing and was very gentle! Looking forward to my next Visit!

I am satisfied of the quality of service I received especially the dentist who attended to me up to the front desk lady. They are customer oriented. Highly recommended.

I was so happy that they accommodated a surprise meeting that popped up at the same time as my appointment. Thank you for that flexibility!! And when I needed a small filling, they were able to take care of it all - exam, cleaning and filling. No rescheduling additional appointments. Yea!

I dont like seeing the dentist and i have a bull headed belief that if my dental insurance does not cover it, it must not be necessary. With 3 years without dental care and three rescheduled appts there. They called regarding a bill that ended up paid and my crown had fallen off and i had been meaning to contact the dentist. They got me in the next day and were professional and made me feel comfortable. That meant a lot. Insurance didnt cover everything but they did cover some so im happy and my crown is back on Thank you.

I love my Dentist and all the people who work there. I drive 45 minutes from another town just to see them. They all are so kind, friendly and professional. They are the best and I will forever go to them !!!
