Good Day, I was a longtime shopper of WHBM when it was in SF on Market Street - then got away from shopping there for no particular reason. However, this past Saturday my enthusiasm was renewed. In a last minute quest to find a classy, stylish & cool outfit for the 100+ degrees I would experience in Napa Valley for my daughter's college graduation - I left Nordstrom heading to Macy's when an outfit in their window caught my attention. I walked in and as true to form as I recall WHBM - I was pleasantly greeted. A young sales person (Brittany) approached me and offered her service & suggestions - in 30 minutes I walked out with an outfit that I received numerous compliments on at the 👩‍🎓 graduation. Brittany was my personal shopper that day - her smile, warm persona, professionalism was A-1. Thank you Brittany and kudos to the other two ladies who handled the transaction at the cash register. I always find something I love and the quality is great! The sales ladies do push sometimes, however, they are helpful and leave you alone if you do not ask for help...

Beautiful store, beautiful clothes, really pricey.

Today and after being a loyal customer of WHBM for the past 11 years, the brand lost my business over $30!!! I made a purchase of over $230 couple of weeks ago. I didn’t like one of the tops I purchased so I decided I would return it or exchange it with something else. I tossed the tag without thinking I might return it because I trust the brand and never had to take anything back. I went to the store at Walnut Creek today and they refused to return it. I asked ‘how about customer satisfaction?’ They’re like ‘sorry but since you’re returning it without the rage, we cannot take it back’. They did not put the slightest effort into making leave happy. I’m very disappointed and I’m not stepping foot again at any WHBM. I also spread the word to my network!
