Concord Building Division

We as construction company worked with city of concord for couple times. They provided us really amazing services. Specially in building department I’ll recommend Christopher. He is a knowledgeable engineer that helped us a lot to improve our plan to move forward and submit with city. He always was responsive to our emails and phone calls. We really recommend to work with him in building department. He knows what to do and how to direct you as home owner to the write point.

Mostly helpful and informative, although some protocols can be a little obscure.

I’ve called this department at least 50 times in the last month. They never answer their phone and it takes them forever to get back to you. Good luck getting someone to help.

If only I could give zero stars. Came today to conduct business and pull 4 permits, done this MANY times without issue. Today we were here for well over an hour and the lady gave us nothing but trouble. When we mentioned the other lady that is always helpful she said oh she's new maybe she doesn't know what she's doing... She's new? Really? How long has she been here, only 2 years? Ok lady, maybe you just need to put forth much better effort because this is crazy and if the "new" lady is faster and more efficient maybe you can learn something from her!
