You can order a cake same as they have but with custom colors for next day at no extra charge! This place is always nice.

Found everything easily. Staff was friendly. Store was clean.

They have organic food everywhere and they are very good products and prices! You can always find a good sale here and on Friday they have half off offers at the Deli. Digital coupons comes in handy here and the points adds up for better rewards.

I give em 5 stars for their donuts. Also they're cleanliness. I would take away all The Stars for the bad attitudes The employees had. Just cover your tattoos.

Safeway and the managers suck. But Pasha in the deli was exceptional. Ive never experienced excellent deli care, until today. Thanks Pasha. If you're not there. I'm going elsewhere.

Has everything I want and friendly knowledgeable staff. Will go above and beyond if you ask anyone anything at any time(super helpful and knowledgeable). During it's busy time/peak rush they always have numerous lanes open and..... they have like 8 new self checkout lanes open, not a huge fan of the new design of the self checkout spaces(they need to be more spread out, it's way too cramped). The setup is great and there is plenty of parking minus the very busy times. It is right next to the downtown area and walking distance to the bart/buses. #1 Recommendation, I just wouldn't recommend coming from 12 am to 1am. Sometimes it is quite busy and they switch workers so for about 15 to 20 minutes the registers are closed so unless you wanna wait come at 1 am instead, but they are only open till 2 a.m. This has to be my go too, Friendly Neighborhood Safeway! Love this Safeway, thank you to all the workers and the manager for making this the best Safeway in California!!! Great customer service with a smile 😁. I give this store 10/10!!!!! Martha at the deli area was wonderful. Asked for a sandwich and she made it as if it were her own. Nice and polite and a pleasure to be served by her. Thank you Martha. Also, the Starbucks in there, there were two young ladies there, one who's name was Maria and the other I do not recall her name. Maria was very nice and she made my drink to perfection. Having said that, it does take a little longer than wanted to get a drink there but if you have time and patience, the service is pleasurable. Thank you Starbucks staff on 6/20/20. :) Good location and wonderful workers.

Local grocery chain with a large selection of fresh produce, meat, fish etc...Bakery section stocked well with in-house baked goods, next to the deli where they make lunch items to order.

A LOT of items out of stock, especially in dairy. Definitely feeling the squeeze again. However, the staff is wonderful! Always friendly & quick in/out! I love that they remember me, say hi & have easy conversations. It makes my day.

This Safeway has a bad reputation but I love this one. ❤ The employees are hard working and deal with a lot. Be nice!

Great selection and variety! This Safeway also has wonderful staff who are super helpful and very kind. Great store, if you shop the specials and have a Safeway membership. It's free..and easy to sign up.

This store is excellent convenient n a breeze to get to food quality is impeccable.

One of the only places to get groceries until 2 am. Great if you work a night shift.

This is a smaller safeway so finding things is easy. The parking lot is a little compact but given it's location it's to be expected. Close to Bart and main streets.

When I walked in the store looked very nice, clean, and the shelves we're stocked, they have a really nice clean look for not only this location but all of the other Safeway locations I have been to. I have noticed that most Safeway stores are fairly similar and that makes it really easy and convenient to be able to locate the item you desire, at a Safeway in Hawaii for example. I should also mention that I love how easy the stores is to navigate and how helpful the staff)employees were, they were very friendly and helped me with whatever I needed.

The nice thing..they have patrolling security now, and it makes it a little better!
Lately, there is a person named Bubba that many have said he is quite dangerous.
Unfortunately, he is in this area.
He has taken 5 lives to this point, one of them I knew. The 6 th person was a person I knows son. In critical condition now.
I love my town. I refuse to let it go to s___. So, it's up to everyone who loves it as much as I do to always keep a neighborhood eye out for the ones who may not care as we do.

This place always got me. Great idea to place those chinese food plates ready to go. I drive 1 hour from Lodi to Concord and the hungry on point. Best BBQ pork btw. Ther crew is young so my advice is to be more communicative with Costumers.

People working there were kind. Walking around looking for stuff was easy with shelves stocked. Best of all it was cool compared to the outdoor weather.
