Best Western Heritage Inn

I wanted to say my stay with western was so comfortable, we were there visiting in Concord. The breakfast was great , the friendly people and the rooms had everything you needed. I had forgotten my hair dryer and I couldn’t believe it there was a hair dryer in the room😊 thank you again and I will recommend you to everyone.

Next to a McDonald’s /across from IHOP. The breakfast they offer is not all that. The rooms are impeccable my three day stay was absolutely quiet, peaceful, and beautiful silence except for the lady screaming at her kids once. I would definitely stay here 100 times over all the rest.

We are loyal to this place when we come up from Los Angeles to visit my sister in Concord. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS only Compliments! The room was clean, clean, clean, the bed was comfortable and the food provided for breakfast downstairs was just fine for a Free Breakfast. WE FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. *Get an upstairs room if you don't want to hear people walking above you. WE LOVE THIS BEST WESTERN HOTEL. A+ and 5 Stars!

Loved this hotel! Was headed to the Napa Valley, but hotels were booked or really expensive, so I chose close to Napa.

The prices were amazing, rooms up to date, clean, a great breakfast, would stay again.

I've lived in coco county for decades, I've been here before...this morning was my first Tim having a room where I had it and I had a view of the swimming pool for the very first time in my life and it was beautiful I don't know if it was the lights or the paint at the bottom of the pool or what but it was a beautiful blue and calm beautiful scene and the room has my favorite fluffy pillows and crisp white sheets the spa bath leaked .were just how I like to spend my free time...laughing flirting and adoring the rad guy whom I've had the good fortune of having in my corner for many years... I'd do jus bout anything for my friend, who sits at the top of a very very short list of people who i can trust, who has been generous without expectation, who has on many occasions gone out of his wayy-when he didn't have to. Thank you for sharing parts of your life, for making time to hang out w/ me, forgive me for sometimes i get to feeling jealous, i convince myself you don't care, but then i steb. Back and look at the big picture and the fact is basically I like you so much I want to spend more time with you and I'm jealous that I can't and haven't been able to pull you away from all the others but is that really something to fight about? I'm going to be mad because i like you so much my only complaint is i want to hanúg out with you MORE than u get to?!

The Nations Burger next door is excellent!

Very clean, with a staff that knows how to care! Pool water was cold but clean…the pool area is sunny & quiet.

Clean, Comfy and Convenient. I visited a friend in Concord, and stayed at this BW which was great. It is a bit older, but the rooms are updated, clean, fresh, large sizes and beds were comfy. I'd stay here again. I'm a big business traveler, and this hotel was perfect. Also, the added breakfast is so nice! Very competitively priced given the amenities.

for an inn it's pretty damn nice, anyone complaining either must have been an off day or you're used to like something like the Hilton. very clean and spacious room, very nice concierge at the front and the Continental was actually pretty decent. after rocking out at a show all night it was a nice bed to lay on and a nice hot shower. if there's anything in Concord, I'll be staying there again.

Every time I check in the staff at front desk does there very best to make sure im happy no matter what it may be...

Not a lot of hotel options in the area. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, breakfast is very generous. Because the hotel seems to be used by a lot of work crews, it is a little noisy in the early evenings, but it quiets down before 9pm.

I do not have the space or time to express just how AWESOME the staff @ this location was!!! They absolutely made my day! They accommodated my needs w/no hesitation and they made it easy. The communication between staff was excellent not to mention they remembered why I was there and inquired about how it went after which really impressed me too. Overall I would stay/recommend this hotel again and again with no hesitation. GREAT JOB TO THE STAFF!!! AND A THANK YOU TOO!!!

I got in super late, after midnight, and they only had an accessible room available for my reservation. I was very impressed with their open floor plan. They had tons of space, and they were extra considerate of things like plenty of parking, a lower peephole in the door, marked light/heat switches in the bathroom, a lower towel rack plus hook on the door, and walk in shower stall with a seat and heater. Definitely recommend this spot for differently abled folx!

Older hotel but nice accommodation. Well kept and clean big rooms. Our standard room had a microwave and refrigerator. Pool is a great set up but not heated and will depend on weather to use or not use! We had a very quiet night, without disruption. Breakfast was a full spread. Staff and service we had no complaints with. We will definitely be back when we come back to this area.

Had a good, pleasant experience with this hotel. I wasn't expecting much, but the attentiveness of the staff and overall experience there was quite pleasant. There's a bus system nearby you can navigate with Google maps to get to more food options but there are plenty at a walkable distance.

This place is AWESOME! I love the comfy beds, they also give u another bed if u want another, and they serve breakfast. I love the pool too, it glows at night and isn't too cold like regular pools. (I also love the pillows) and the TV had a lot of channels. 😁😁

I enjoyed staying at the Best Western Heritage Inn. It wasn't far from our conference and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was centrally located, and the landscaping was kept nicely. and green. Wish I could have stayed longer! They even had breakfast if we wanted it.

it was very spacious, clean, quiet, convenient and the staff was nice! if you pay all cash, deposit is $100 and the weekends are cheaper then weekdays at this particular hotel... I paid on a Friday $120 Saturday I paid the same! The price for Monday would of went up to $240 a night so I switched hotels at that time... Also they have a great breakfast with fruits, bagels, toast, waffles, cereal, english muffins, yogurt, coffee, water, juices, biscuits & gravy, sausage links + patties, bacon, and Turkey bacon, oh and last oatmeal! it's buffet style you serve yourself!

We've stayed at the Best Western heritage motel at least a dozen times when we visit the Concord pavilion for concerts it's just right down the street.
The rooms were clean, the staff was very attentive, polite, and professional.
