I've been going to Meade Family dental for 25 years. They are all friendly and truly care that you are comfortable. My cleanings are a breeze, even the new crowns I recently had replaced was easy. Thanks Meade Family!

Customer service in this dental office is excellent. From the person who booked my appointment, to the front desk/reception, and finally to the dentist, everyone knew how to conduct themselves. Dr. Meade is very thorough in explaining my dental condition and presented a more workable plan to take care of my problem. The waiting time was less than 15 minutes - pretty good for a dental office. The office is also clean and organized.

Great Dentist!

So far, I'm in my first year going to Mead Family Dentistry but everyone there is very thoughtful and helpful.

I had cracked my tooth and had a bad cavity in my wisdom tooth and 2nd Molar. I ended up having my wisdom tooth pulled to avoid new crowns on my Molar and Wisdom tooth (it will just be a filling now) but I was extremely surprised at how quick and easy pulling out a wisdom tooth could be. I had no pain during the procedure and after it was all done, I have had no infections or even pain once the anesthetic wore off. The ease of the wisdom tooth extraction and lack of any pain afterward was a pleasant surprise.

I would recommend anyone go here and I've moved my entire family over to their practice.

Went for a routine teeth cleaning. Hygienist was very good at explaining what she was doing and advised me to brush in certain areas that needed attention. Dr. Meade examined my teeth after the cleaning and asked if I had any questions. The staff are very cordial and professional. Dr. Meade is very kind, professional, and meticulous. My overall visit was pleasant.

What a great and refreshing experience it was going to Meade Dental for the first time. I just moved to Benicia from Southern California and needed new doctors and a dentist. The folks at Meade are professional and up-to-date technologically and just really genuinely nice people. Color me very impressed!

I had my first cleaning with Jennie the dental hygienist this morning. I appreciated all the knowledge she shared with me before, during and after my cleaning. The staff (front office too) are very friendly and listening to the 80’s music while in the chair kept me relaxed. Dr. Joseph is always very kind and professional. I have been going to Meade Family Dental since I was 7 years old. I love going to them to get my teeth cleaned, and for any other dental related issues. They have the nicest staff, the cleanest office, and they take impeccably great care of their patients. I would 10/10 recommend Meade Family Dental to anyone in Benicia, or the surrounding areas that is looking for a fantastic dentist & team!!

My first appointment with Dr. Meade gave me confidence that I've found a great dentistry practice. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to communicate thoroughly what I could expect. Over the years, I've neglected my teeth and have quite a few concerns to address. Dr. Meade welcomed and answered my questions, assessed and explained the state of my teeth and gum health, and my treatment plan.

Update 10/12/22:
My deep cleanings on both sides have gone well. I’ve felt minimal if any pain. I see and feel the difference. My gums are noticeably less puffy and red. Dr. Meade has been thoughtful, professional, and forthcoming. He’s been assertive about the urgency of my dental situation but also understanding of the costs for my husband and myself as we have a 4 yo daughter and 3 yo son. I am serious and will continue to trust Dr. Meade and team for their expertise on how to address my current dental issues and maintain good dental health going forward.

I was having wisdom tooth pain that was excruciating, they were able to squeeze me in same day and I was able to get my 2 wisdom teeth extracted. J meade is very professional and did the job confidently and made me feel secure about my choice of professionals I visited here today. He was able to pull the teeth out with out being rough and has a gentle careful touch. The receptionist is very friendly and has a great uplifting happy greeting and very helpful. Dr Joseph and staff are the best. Understanding my recent fear of dental procedures, they were kind, patient and understanding. Joseph has the knowledge of all the newest treatments and procedures and is honest and straightforward about your treatment plan. I am a big question asker, he was patient and explained all my options.

Everything you’d expect from a good dentist. Office staff is helpful and pleasant to interact with. Dental staff is efficient but I never feel rushed. Dr. Meade is attentive, takes time to explain, and he seems eager to answer questions.

Went to Meade Family dental and had a great experience again. Dr Joseph Meade greeted me by name while I waited for my cleaning with Jen the hygienist. Cleaning was really thorough and Jen gave me tips on treating my sensitivity. Dr Meade did a checked at the end and discussed some things that will help with my gum recession. My last visit, was with the brother Dr Alex Meade and I had an old filling replaced and a cleaning. No problems after! So far they have lived up to the great local reputation!

As usual, Dr. Meade was able to clearly explain what I needed to have done. He explained what my problem was and advised of different options.

I had a horrible tooth infection/abscess to the point the left side of my face was so badly swollen , that It was effecting not only my eye sight, but breathing! I was in extreme pain. Two other dental offices in Benicia, told me that I would need to come back tomorrow, so they can fit me in as a new patient ( because i’m new to the area, Relocating from Ohio) One of the dental offices in Benicia couldn’t believe how bad the infection was, and yet, They told me they couldn’t squeeze me in! Not Dr . Meade and his wonderful staff! They saw how much pain I was in, And squeezed me in during lunch time. Within a hours time, i was feeling 10 times better and was out of danger! They removed the badly infected tooth, and drained the infected area as-much as possible to help improve the healing process. They truly cared about helping me with my severe tooth infection! They were extremely polite, professional, and personal! I couldn’t be more satisfied! I’m definitely going to recommend them to all my friends , co workers and family members, Bc I want them to have the best care possible when it comes to all their dental needs. Thank you Dr. Meade, and staff!

Very happy to have found such a good place and good people to take care of my dental needs (after transferring care from another distant city). Dr. Joseph Meade replaced a crown painlessly and efficiently, checked on my comfort levels, showed me why I needed it replaced with X-rays when I asked -- because I like to understand. They handle reservations well and one does not feel like "one of the crowd." They also have a special program which makes dental care without insurance affordable. Highly recommended.

My first experience at Meade Dental was pleasant. Like most people, the dentist tends to freak me out but was welcomed by the staff & a practice that also kindly pushes me in the right direction to take better care of my smile!
