AT&T Store

We went in to add a new line to our service among other things. Julia was so nice and friendly and helped us with everything quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond and even gave ny daughter the personal case from her old phone (that got the one we purchased) since we weren't going to buy one there. We were really happy with our visit!

Getting a new line for new comers can be tricky. However, the At&t representative, Job, made it very easy. He made effort to clarify the best package and price for us. Many thanks.

Zach is a really helpful and patient person. Even when the store already closed he still had a full mindset on helping us and making sure we solved my problem. He showed amazing customer service. This was the best customer service I had yet at At&t.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh trying to resolve a large issue I was having but not fully understanding. The process took several hours and Josh was patient, polite and friendly throughout. He even took the time to make my toddler feel comfortable and at ease in a unfamiliar environment. We spent a lot of time on the phone being transfered from department to department while I got my head around what I was attempting to do, when it looked like I was out of luck Josh came up with a solution to solve my issue and made it work when all other options and ideas had failed. He's definitely my go to guy, every employee was super friendly and welcoming which isn't always the case when you come with a 18 month old in tow. I've been to every AT&T store in the east bay and this is the only one i can say without a doubt this is the one I'll be returning to in the future.

Dee was the best ever! super kind, patient, and outgoing. she was super funny and charismatic as well, very knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions. if i could give her 10 stars i would. she’s definitely good at what she does. because of her i will be returning to this location. i have no complaints.

We came into the store to receive an upgrade, and Marquez was helping us. First let me say he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through the set up of our new phone as well as walked us through all of the phone features. He answered all of our questions and we left feel extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend this store for all of your AT&T needs.

I was helped by 2 AT&T (a manager) and it was so great to see how knowledgeable they were and able to get me into a terrific situation with my new service with them Since I’m a “first responder” they added me into the plan and took care of me and my many phones, watch’s, iPads, and hotspot.
