The store is always stocked, organized and clean. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. I live near the other Food Max in Concord but prefer to drive the extra miles for the quality and service of the Dianda Plaza location. I’ll get photo’s next time.

Best prices in Concord. Staff always friendly and helpful. Their bakery items are very good. I can usually find everything I need. Gets very busy sometimes and then they could use more checkers.
Bathroom is always clean and well stocked.
I do wish people would stop stealing the electric carts. I depend on them so I can shop and they are not cheap to replace.

Cashiers are always awesome. Prices are so much better than Safeway. Love shopping here. They always have what our family needs at affordable prices.

Huge with GREAT PRICES!. Owned by Lucky but it's a warehouse style food market. Nice selection of produce and meat. Heck, every isle is full of stuff. Very well kept up. Always clean and the checkers are top notch. If you ask a clerk where something is, the will most likely walk you to it.
Not to many motorized carts for disabled folks. Other than that it's a great store that saves you money, bag your own groceries.

Shopped later than normal and it was so quiet in the store, it was great! Clean store, great prices and all sale items were clearly marked, fully stocked and would be extremely hard to of missed!! Good, friendly customer service as i checked out, even though they were in the last hour of work.

Always have what I'm looking for! Nice cashiers. Lots of selections. Wish there were more spaghetti sauces like the other big store. But that doesn't stop me! Best place for veggies and fruits. Miss the $10 off $25 or more coupon that used to be in the add! Can't you bring that back every other add or once a month? I've heard that from many shoppers!!! Thats most important to all of us single moms or single seniors! Please lets see that once in awhile! Really could use it in this East Bay Area Concord, California. Its expensive here! I went to FoodMaxx on a Saturday early and to my surprise all the produce were so fresh. There is a huge variety. The fruit was sweet. Good deals and their meet section is not bad at all. Also fresh bread rolls. Super clean and convenient location.

Lots of savings compared to same products at Safeway , friendly atmosphere convenient parking ATM in parking lot fast food and Starbucks inside of store excellent Bakery with excellent Bakery team, app cash register you always reminded of specials such as if you bought a product and there was something that was supposed to be free to go along with it they will remind and attain it for you and they keep extra coupons at the register so that if you buy the product and don't have the coupon they're always courtesy note to apply one for you . I think the best thing about them if they really recognize their seniors shoppers and go out their way to accommodate them such as carried their groceries out and place them in the car for them. Now tell me who does that these days every time I go in there and they assist me like that it reminds me of the days when you have full service gas stations as well as full-service store attendance for grocery takeout which in these perilous times all of the simple common courtesy things have been taken out of everything it's all about benefits and how less can you give to get them . Best deals in town. No club prices or membership cards necessary. Overall great selection and prices updated frequently. It's hard to compare to other grocery outlets.

FoodMaxx gives a great value. The prices are much cheaper than other grocery stores. I especially like that FoodMaxx carries spices in large containers for discount prices. Wide isles make shopping enjoyable and a great experience.

Short lines, found what I needed quickly, very clean and organized

Foodmaxx has been my favorite food market for years. I love the baked chickens! l buy all my frozen foods there. My juices. My breads. Everything is high quality. Unbeatable prices!

If you want to pay $1 to $3 more for basic staples, shop anywhere but here. Prices are awesome! They even have a small selection of organic produce, albeit a small one.
If you are looking for fancy artisan offeings, Food Maxx is probably not the place.

Great cashiers, they know what they are doing and give the customers that old school customer service type of feel which is always a pleasure since it is very rare you come across this these days. The entire staff tonight seemed very professional especially when comparing this store to it's other locations in the area which always seem to be staffed with majority of thier employees displaying behavior similar to that of pre-teens if not younger...yikes
This store is neat and clean and someone is nearby to provide help if need be. I also noticed this location seems to have much less if any at all, spoiled or near spoiled shelf products and fridge/freezer products. The other Concord location is constantly trying to sell you way past the date cuts of meats and many other items. BIG NO-NO and makes for a trail of a smell that lingers for days.
Clayton Rd, Concord and Lewelling Blvd, San Leandro FoodMaxx are THE top two locations no doubt!

It was my first time going aisle by aisle. The store was clean, safety measures were in place and, the cashier was friendly and courteous. I shall return.

Don't get me started, I honestly love it! Although there are some things they can add, it has pretty much everything. Its even a walkable distance from my house so that makes it even better!
