I definitely recommend this company, the pricing was better than any other local company, and they were able to schedule me with only a days notice! I've lived in this apartment for four years and needed a move out clean done, Ignacio did a fantastic job on my carpets and was really quick, friendly and knowledgeable!

Ramiro was great. Not only is he great at his job he also has great customer service skills. I'm a mammography technologist so I know it can be difficult to deal with the public. I wasn't very patient but he was, I have a puppy that kept getting in his way but he was kind and patient. Next time I need my carpet cleaned, which will be soon, can I request him?

We just had our staircase, 2 hallways, sectional sofa & 9 rooms done and it all looks so good! Dashawn was so nice and his attention to details…like how he got the kids playroom carpet looking as if there was never a spill or stain is magic. We’ll definitely be repeat customers! This is a commercial building and the indoor/outdoor carpet was filthy and stained terribly. Was told better to replace. Had it cleaned by Kai at Stanley Steamer and it looks great. Still a few stains but recovered enough to use for a few more years.

DeShawn was courteous and professional. He worked vigilantly and quickly to clean all 6 rooms, stairs and 2 halls all by himself. I appreciate his hard work and hope to see him next time. Customer service was excellent. Good communication all day of ETA and I was able to apply new coupon to my order without fuss. The whole team met the mark and I will schedule them again.

Rafael was AMAZING! I explained what I needed done and he made sure my carpets were cleaned. He even asked me to check and make sure I was satisfied and if not he would go over any areas for me. Amazing service! David and Kai were knowledgeable, conscientious, they left the house tidy and clean, they were very helpful and willingly moved the furniture to service the vents. They showed me videos of before and after and provided very useful information. I will call them back any day. Great service!

Ignacio was the best. We had the carpet and tile cleaned before moving into a house previously owned by a hoarder with large "house" dogs. I wasn't expecting more than the peace of mind of knowing the carpets had been cleaned and deodorized and the tiles sanitized. I got more than that; the floors and carpet were unrecognizable after Ignacio was done. I can comfortably reside in the home until the floors and carpet are replaced.

James and Kai are AWESOME! Efficient, skillful with amazing customer service. I’d definitely call them again. I’m a new client because there are lots of cheaper options…BUT this Concord team is well worth it for the QUALITY of their service!
