CVS

This is my go to CVS. Always clean and tidy. Is open late(12am) Shelves are always stocked and I am able to get what I need. Employees are nice and always helpful.

I cannot say enough on how wonderful the pharmacy staff is. They always go out of their way to help me, especially most recently with an out of stock medication. They patiently listened to my problems and came up with a solution. My thanks to you all. Alicia

I forget the guy that is the pharmacy tech. But he is always super helpful. I come here all the time. He is on it. Today the young lady said my real name how it is supposed be pernounced. Just nice to see very professional crew. They have been busy last handful of times I've been here, the pharmacists, pharmacy techs do not get enough credit. They do not have easy jobs. Have to deal with the public that is impatient. Insurance Co. Ext. Again you guys are good at what you do.

I went to the CVS at 4424 Treat Blvd Concord CA to get my new bivalent Covid booster yesterday. What an easy, fast, and pleasant experience I had in this CVS pharmacy! Michael in the Pharmacy immediately greeted me with professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent service! He was extremely helpful getting me set up for my vaccine and filling my order for Covid test kits. I was treated very well by a Pharmacy Tech who gave me shot and after only a few minutes I was on my way! I highly recommend this CVS location!

This is a large store with more items than other smaller stores nearby. The staff was so friendly they were greeting every customer as they walked in.

CVS Staff Jeffrey was very helpful since I requested for a photo magnet pickup. Even though the item was free, he did his responsibility to provide me an official receipt. Good job Jeffrey!

I came in to buy two Childrens Motrin boxes for myself, because as a 34 year old adult, I still can't swallow pills. I took them to my truck and tried to throw one back. Something was clogged and the liquid wasn't coming out. After further investigation, I realized the liquid itself was turned into a big blob of goo. You could hold the whole full bottle upside-down and nothing would come out. It wasn't liquid anymore. So I opened the second box to see if it was the same before I went into the store and it wasn't, it was perfectly fine. So I went into the store thinking I was gonna have problems because I know you can't just return medicine like that. Long story short, Danny the manager was 100% competent and sensitive to the fact that I just bought Motrin gummies instead of Motrin liquid. I felt bad he took the box I spit the gummies out in. But I really appreciate the customer care and after a million transactions on my card, Danny is a pretty cool guy. I still feel like if it was any other manager, I probably would have had to punch them in the throat. Jk. Thanks Danny. & Justin!

I was so thankful for the staff at this CVS . I had to get my girlfriend some feminine products , ( because she was unable to leave the house .🤐 ) and i was really embarrassed to even be in that isle.
Then a CVS associate by the name of Dyanna asked if i needed help. At first i didnt know how to say what I needed . Dyanna made it real simple and comfortable for me. And I was treated like a super hero when I got back home. THANK YOU C.V.S.

I was surprised after paying for stuff that I was given. $5 coupon!! There were minimal items listed of what u can’t purchase with coupon. I was ok with that!

Great In store pharmacy. The store has a mixed variety of foods, gifts, gift cards, greeting cards, electronics, photo printing, Lottery, household goods...a huge mix!

The store was neat, clean and organized. But what I really noticed was the cashier Tiffanie. She was friendly and very kind to every customer in line in front of me. This location is very convenient because it is not busy. Tons of parking.

I was able to get a large container of CVS cashews for free with coupon, after buying a few.

We go here to get some of our medical supplies that other drug stores don't carry

Clean store, good prices.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Jung is the best pharmacist in the area, who I know of.
