Enchanted Forest Dining Experience

I took my daughter for her 17th birthday and we had so much fun. The ambiance was magical, service was excellent and the food delicious. I got the caprese chicken crepe which was delicious and the side salad fresh and yummy. It was worth the hour drive. We will be back during spring break!

We happened across this place while looking for brunch and really enjoyed our time here! The service was great (our server Ari was fantastic!) and we enjoyed the ambience and decorations. We had crepes and the flavors were nice. You are paying for the experience and atmosphere, which was worth it to us. They have many options for vegetarians and those who are gluten-free.

This is a true dining experience!
Fantastic food, wonderful service and a great atmosphere. This restaurant even has live Irish music. If you find yourself in Placerville, this is a great place to celebrate or just have a nice dinner out.

Fiancé took me here for my birthday. Such a cool atmosphere. They give you lighted headbands. We got the mead flights and the fondue experience. Lots of food. Way more than enough for 2. Really enjoyed this unique spot. Make reservations!

OMG! This place is truly magical. Atmosphere is just incredible, with the music and the flower crowns. Our server (I wish I could remember her name!) was outstanding - she was so friendly and took her time with us even though they were busy. She had fantastic recommendations and embodied the spirit of the restaurant to the t.
We had the cheese fondue - it was delicious, fun, and so filling. I also had the flight of mead - so yummy and a very generous amount of the 5 different meads.
I can't recommend Enchanted Forest enough. And don't miss the crystal store next door, as it shares the same feel as the restaurant. It was a wonderful evening, thank you!

A+++ what an absolute amazing time we had tonight! We found this lovely place by accident on fb and boy what a charm! We took our best friends for dinner, we drank and drank and ate till our hearts were content! The food was beyond spectacular and they even had crowns for us! I loved the the attention to detail and atmosphere was like no other !!!!!! Thank you so very much for your efforts and love!!! Food was beyond! Even the chief brought out my dish personally! Beautiful place. Nice to walk main street Placerville before or after dining. Good food, beautiful restaurant. Sunday often has live music. This place is very expensive. We shared 1 salad & 1 order cheese fondue, one of the less expensive meals. 1 beer & a 4 taster cider flight. The bill was over $80.00. 2 people.

Absolutely loved it. Really was enchanting, magical. Food was delish, service excellent, and the music was just starting up when we were leaving. Will return on a night when they offer traditional Irish music (our fave). Oh and they gave me a little flower crown which I saved as a fond memory. Love this place!!!

This was a magical experience. It really felt like you were transported into a far off forest dancing and making merry with the fae folk. I definitely recommend it. The mashed potatoes were phenomenal!! I also tried mead for the first time, and I have to say it is my new favorite.

Really friendly staff and good food. Got the pastry. The dough was super flaky and buttery. Really nice. And of course great atmosphere!

Wow! didn't expect too much looking into restaurant..but truly a magical place. Loved the lighting, food (chicken crepe and lamb shepherds pie), the mead and kombucha were both delicious and i loved the tabletops!

This place was fantastic! Six of us went and we got to try 4 different dishes. I had the Chicken Caprese and it was delicious. I also tasted the Jack Daniels salmon, short ribs and strawberry-goat cheese salad. We rounded it off with a strawberry banana Nutella crepe and a blueberry or was it raspberry key lime pie. Everything had so much flavor it drove out taste buds crazy. Tho I live in Florida I will be back and come here again. Highly recommended!

We had such a blast here! The ambience is so cheerful. You feel like you're in a whimsical hobbit hole. All the workers were so friendly and upbeat. The live Irish music was a blast. And we enjoyed our light up tiaras! The samosa pasty was yummy as was their mead. Will definitely be back!

We had the best server there. She gave great advice on what to order. We had fondu and a crepe. The food was amazing. I would give them 10 stars if possible. The fondue came with a little of everything to dip in it. I can’t wait to go again.

We stumbled on this place accidentally coming back from Apple Hill and it was such a great discovery! They give you these cute little flower crowns that light up to wear and take home with you and it’s such a cute touch. A lot of the tables light up as well as the bar and they have drone video footage of Ireland, Norway, etc playing. The walls are covered in foam bark and moss, wisteria and ivy. You sit on a little cross section of tree cushion and when we were there an Irish band was playing! As a vegetarian I did feel there could be a few more offerings, and the prices are a bit high. I had the butternut squash crepe but was a little underwhelmed, they were out of the sage dressing on top and I think that would have probably added a lot more flavor. The side salad was delicious though with a lemon vinaigrette. My husband enjoyed the chicken caprese crepe and we both enjoyed the baked Brie!! It was fun to try a mead sampler I like how they add a mystery mix 🤣 we had a lot of fun! We will come back someday and I’ll have to try the stuffed mushroom instead.

The ambiance is super fun and unique, but this place is so much more than that. A tasty high-end meal, fun drink choices, attentive service, and lively music made the evening nothing short of magical. So happy every element of the experience.

The wife and I usually come here after Apple Hill or on special occasions. It's not cheap (most meals are at least $20-30+ per person), but we love it when we can make it in. Tonight I had the traditional mead and a Father Cog stout with chicken caprice and loved it. The lights and fantasy/celtic vibes are amazing and tonight they even had live Irish folk music to really tie it all together

We came on a busy weekend and we were still treated so quickly! The staff here really put their hearts into the food and service. Everything was divine!
I can't express what a wonderful time we had- great music, atmosphere, friendly service and amazing food all well priced.
