The berry waffle special is great! Comes with 2 eggs however you like it and 2 slices of bacon. I also had the breakfast burrito to go with chorizo and it's excellent!!

Service was very friendly and the prices are very good for the portions they serve you. Food was very good. Coffee is outstanding because you can tell when you drink it that it is not the cheap brand most restaurants buy. I would definitely go back again.

This is what modern restaurants can never beat. It’s all about the food here. I had the chicken fried steak, the gravy was amazing. Even the coffee was very good. I took a giant slice of coffee cake for my mom! I’ll be back!

Great little local spot! Cozy restaurant, with strong coffee and affordable prices. But bring cash, because it’s cash only. I recommend the “Kitchen Sink” omelette! It was delicious!

I love this little cafe. I normally only come in on Sunday mornings, and when I walk in, you feel like family there . They already know what I'm going to order. I'm from out of town and make you feel like living in the neighborhood next door to them. .

Terrific local business tucked away in the Oak Park Shopping Center. The food tastes fantastic, comes in generous portion sizes, and all for a great price. The service is quick and the staff are some of the nicest people out there. This is the perfect place to come for some old fashioned comfort food and is probably my favorite breakfast place in the area.

Most recently, a friend and I had a late breakfast here and a second buddy of ours met up with us a bit after we'd already ordered. The staff were really accommodating and worked hard to get his food out quick so we wouldn't have to wait around for him. Even though it was a small thing, it goes to show that they value the experience of their customers-we really appreciated it!

The only problem here is that it's cash only-I'd love to see them start accepting credit cards!

Just moved here great joint by where I live and friendly service. Was hesitant due to reading some reviews beforehand then realized it’s just the babies in California that need their hand held to feel special. Will be stopping by weekly before work!

Went there for bkfst around 11 am after our Saturday morning run - party of 7. Confortable day to be outside. Orders were 2 Rancheros, Croissant sauuge/egg, pancakes, etc. Everyone liked the food. Service was friendly, good and reasonably quick given the day/time.. Ambience was great and so was food!

Just moved into the area no too long ago. I'm glad I found a go-to spot for some simply brunch at a reasonable price. The service was great and fast. They are same owner as the mexican restaurant next door so plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Great, popular diner. When you enter the strip mall, it's tucked away in an alley. I had the Eggs Benedict with hash browns and they were great: the sauce wasn't too heavy, and the hash browns were perfect (not overcooked).

Any place that lets me order off menu is five stars in my book.
