Great customer service; friendly staff; the Pharmacist is professional & knowledge; and lowest prices in Los Angeles County. What's not to like? Get a Costco member card for more goodies in rest of store! :-)

The staff is very helpful and efficient. I've never encountered rude help. The only problem is that the pharmacy often does not have a particular medicine in stock, and y9u may have to wait a day or so.

Great communication, great pricing. Filled a prescription in two days that 21 other area pharmacies told me was on back order for a month.

I believe i was over charged and short changed on meds for my sick dog. Each time i am giving a window of 45 minutes or 35 minutes and each time it has been over an hour!! They seem to be standing around a lot but they are screwed up. It like they are used to pissing people off and they could care less. The only reason i go there is because i have a dog with heart failure and my Veterinarian recommended them because of their prices which are exorbitant!!!
Been back twice since my first visit and there was still a longer than expected wait time.
Today my 4th visit they were spot on, explained discounts, and were 30 minutes as promised.

The service can be off some times. They get very busy, which can lead to mistakes. Overall they do a decent job.

Honestly my worst pharmacy experience. My cat needed an inhaler medication urgently- I took the script to this location and they said they needed to confirm it because the signature looked fraudulent. It was a wet signature from the vet and what they said made absolutely no sense. Had to leave the line and get a hold of the vet immediately so they could fill it. Luckily my vet spoke to them, but I had to rejoin the queue and start from scratch. Still waiting 40+ minutes while my husband shops. Awful experience and I’m hesitant to return.

Horrible service. I called in a presciption for Lantus on May 26th. I did not receive a message indicating it was ready by June 3rd, so I called back. The automated system told me there was no such prescription request. I deal with this EVERY TIME I have to refill this prescription, whether through the automated system or with an actual person. Until I call them, ticked off, the prescription does not get filled. It requires approval each time from the vet's office and I don't think they can be bothered to call for the approval. Even when I have the vet's office call them, they have still managed to not fill the prescription. This is a $300 prescription at Costco and more at a regular pharmacy. I'm getting to the point where paying more is better than the headache dealing with Coscto.

They refuse to fill my prescription saying my insurance won't pay for it until such and such day. It's my money and if I need to pay for it without insurance, that's my business. There are two pills that I need desperately, blood thinner pill and blood pressure pills and they won't fill it. This place is awful. Take my word for it, go to a place where they don't act like they are your bosses.

Es horrible ir x gel y toallitas desinfectantes, lysol y q no haya, eso ya no c cree. No es posible q los fabricates no lo esten haciendo creo q Costco no lo está ordenando. Me molesta mucho q en una ocación encuentras algo y la próxima vez ya no está en existencia. Ya no me está gustando Costco, creo q intentaré Sam's🤷‍♀
