Staples

I walked into this Staples while my wife tires were getting changed at Costco. They have some parking here for non costco members and it's written on the spot but some people ignore that so be aware of that. But when you first walk into this Staples you'll notice the 2 security guard standing at the entrance. They'll greet you and you can continue on your shopping. This Staples seem pretty stocked with printers, ink, pens, folders and etc. They didn't have much computer accessories like keyboard, mouse or speakers here. They had some networking hardware like router, switches and etc. They also had some nice computer chair out on display but I didn't like the comfort on them.

Not sure why this store has a low rating because my experiences there have always been great! I think some times there are wait times because the employees are doing a great job. I come here to print for my event flyers and they always look great and waaayyyy cheaper than if I purchase through online print services. Come here if you're looking to get your flyers done. And obviously they have all your office needs so I usually walk out with more than I planned, lol. But seriously, they do a great job here :)

I encountered a manager there named Karen, who was so helpful and understanding to my needs. She gave me valuable information about ink I never knew and was such a pleasure to talk to. She walked me to the counter and discounted the ink as well, as a courtesy. It’s rare to find good customer service these days - and I want to make sure she is recognized and let her know she’s appreciated. Thank you Karen!

I went to Staples for my passport photo. Jose pulled out the fancy professional camera, had me posed in front of the led white background and took a few shots . He was super nice, patient and cool. He gave me some few pointers when it comes to taking photos and I like that he make me feel comfortable. Also gave me options to pick a photo I like.Thank you. Lighting was perfect.
Prior to going to staples, I went to three spots and none of them work. I got lucky with Jose.

Exclusively getting all my prints at staples now!!!! Everyone at photo center is always helpful but Hannah is so great! She was prompt and responsive when I needed my order fast (even last minute extra prints). Always great here!

I was in a rush and Cassidy and Roberto came to my recuse, their customer service was outstanding. The computer was not cooperating with me, causing problems. They made sure that my copies were done and in a timely fashion. To the manager, please put this on their permanent record.

I wanted to shout out to a few of the team members on duty yesterday when I came to get school supplies. Anthony was so sweet and friendly at checkout, and Virginia went above and beyond to help me make good choices with my purchase. I dont often write reviews here, but was pretty impressed by how proactive, helpful, and friendly they both were!

I’ve recently Came to this Store to buy some products from my Office and the workers inside were really helpful. It also makes me feel safe knowing that there are Armed Security Officers outside patrolling the area always walking around even patrolling the Dollar Tree and the back of the building. Thank you Staples!

The store was about to close, I didn't know I can have a staples costumer card , I was using my card the last time to pay or cash , but thank God (CASIDY) was very professional and very very helpful, fast service too .

I went to FedEx, Cvs , But this place was the best option at the end 🙏💯

I had a great experience working with Karen and Darrien (I believe was his name) in the photocopy department. I have been working on a piece of art for a loved one and they really helped me get everything in order just in time for Christmas! They were very responsive, quick, and professional. I will definitely be coming here for all my poster making needs, as I am confident the team here will deliver.

Had my Galaxy S6 screen replaced and they did a god job and faster than the 2 hours they had estimated (I had made an appointment). Staples Stores seem to be notoriously understaffed, so sometimes there is a wait to get help. But then you get what you pay for, and their prices are usually competitive.

Purchased a chair. Did not like it. Returned it two weeks later. ZERO hassle to refund ($300). Cashier even inquired about refunding $10 for their assembly of the chair that I paid but I told her not to worry about it. Offered alternatives and very pleasant.

Excellant customer service. Great place for document shredding. Got rid of all that junk mail and old receipts I had. 99 cents a pound.

not sure about the other employees there but the assist Manager Rene is awesome!
super helpful answered all my questions and even made a couple phone calls for me A+ and 5stars
