Ace Hardware of Van Nuys

Most hardware stores in the Valley feel like a zoo of people walking around and a complete mess inside. However, this ACE is not like that at all. The store is super clean and well laid out. There are a TON of friendly, helpful staff. It always has what I need, and they are kind enough to let me take my dog with me in the store (not a big deal, but it is helpful)

Although the prices are a bit more than places like Home Depot, I don't care because I actually can enjoy the experience at the store vs feeling like I walking around an indoor zoo.

We love this Ace Hardware for household items and plants even better when there used to be Orchard. Selection is great and you can find pretty much everything you’re looking for. Christmas decorations are fantastic!!!

What a relief. A hardware store that actually has hardware. I can’t believe how relieved I was to finally find a true hardware store in the Valley. All of the “home” stores just don’t care about hardware and that’s really sad. This store is fantastic! They had the 5/16-24 socket head cap screw I needed and several other choices too. Love this place.

Place is huge. Big selection. Prices aren’t as competitive as the big warehouse stores but still good to have around the neighborhood.

Love this Westlake Ace location. It is one of their most convenient locations for me. They are well stocked and Ace associates are the best. Thank you.

Super grateful to have this store in the neighborhood as it has pretty much everything you need, but isn't as overwhelming as a Lowes or Home Depot.

You don’t experience this kind of customer service at similar large hardware/home stores. I have made this Van Nuys Ace Hardware my go to place! Oh yes and this Ace had a hinge I was looking for that I couldn’t find at any other large store! Thank you VN Ace!

Ace is one of the best hardware stores in the area. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm a novice home handyman and they've always been great in helping me find the right solution for every job. If you're lucky to have Ed assist you, he is amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

I needed help with my pear tree. I walked in. Asked for help. I walked out less than 10 minutes with everything I needed.
So so do much better than homedepot.

First time here since before OSH closed. Great location from where I live. Now I don’t have to drive to the nearest Home Depot (the nearest one is a couple of miles from where I live, but with traffic all the time, it makes it a hassle to drive) to get what I need. It was clean and had all the things I needed.

Every employee was nice, and the two people I asked questions to were very knowledgeable and helpful
