I have been going to this pharmacy for years now. Though they are very busy all the time, they spend extra time with you if needed. They are always so pleasant, professional and friendly.

Cute little CVS. Very kind checkout person (kind even though she was working on Christmas!!).

It's small and compact so I can find what I need fast instead of wasting time wandering the aisles. The store staff and pharmacy staff are always helpful and patient. Things don't always go smoothly but they try their best and sometimes customers are just weirdly needy. Go before noon to avoid long slow lines at pharmacy pickup (see above comment re: needy customers).

This cvs is of the highest standards of personnel who wait on customers and offer their assistance when needed. Their interest in helping customers should be noted and praised for their service to others.

Literally the worst pharmacy experience. I work in healthcare and have my own prescriptions. My insurance doesn’t cover so I pay out of pocket. They make this process so tiresome and painful. I have to call every time because side they cancel my prescription due to no coverage, which I explain every time. As someone who works in healthcare I don’t mind calling. I am a very nice person and always call ahead of time. My issue is with the staff being so rude. Every single time they make the process so dehumanizing and embarrassing. They talk to you like you’re less and bothersome. I get that they’re busy and I don’t even ask for much besides a human interaction that won’t make me feel humiliated for asking questions and having to pay for my medicine out of pocket and use coupons. Today I spoke to Rose and every question was followed with a sigh. I simply wanted to know if my coupon was in place. I write this review in hopes that CVS will listen. I am a 30 year old who has the energy to do this but I can’t imagine not being a fluent English speaker, older, less tech savvy. This CVS needs management control from the cashiers, tech and pharmacist. Everyone is rude and not helpful. Please go down the street or another pharmacy.

The person who seems to be the main / senior pharmacist here is extremely rude. I switched all my prescriptions to the location down the street that is only a 2 minute drive away, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the pharmacy staff there.

These 2 locations are almost next door to each other and there’s a decent chance only 1 will remain long-term as CVS closes hundreds of stores in the next few years, so I’d like to support the location that treats their customers well!!

Pharmacy registers have been down for three days so they can’t give you your prescriptions, but they still sent out automated messages saying your prescription is ready for pick up. If they are preparing prescriptions and sending texts, but unable to actually give customers their prescriptions, they should just warn customers ahead of time if their registers are down so other arrangements can be made (like having to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy). Not the staff’s fault that the registers are down, but they could at least warn customers in advance. A small handwritten sign at the front to the store on the automatic sliding door doesn’t seem to cut it, since a ton of people clearly missed it and were waiting in line - all were turned away when the registers couldn’t be successfully rebooted.

Was refused a C-19 vaccine here just last week.

They claim they have walk-in service, but refused to give me the vaccine point blank. Apparently, their walk-in vaccine service consists of: 1) telling you to go away and make an appointment, and 2) suggesting you come back every day at 6pm to beg them for a leftover dose, which you’ll only get, of course, if someone has failed to turn up for their appointment that day & you’re the first in line to ask. They claim this is indeed walk-in service.
I’m one of the people whose schedule is too unpredictable to be able to make an appointment, so these “suggestions” are less than useless to me. The pharmacist that told me these things seemed to go to quite a bit of effort to communicate to me that they couldn’t give a fig whether I ever got my vaccine, and just wanted me to go away and stop bothering them. I was very taken aback and saddened to be treated this way by my local neighborhood pharmacy, where I’ve shopped regularly for over a decade. And this is the only pharmacy for miles here that stocks the Pfizer vaccine, so I could not just go somewhere else, either - this was to be my 2nd dose.

It is July now, but this pharmacy seems to be, inexplicably, stuck in operating as though it’s still January and these vaccines need to be strictly rationed & refused to all the “undeserving”. I am frankly appalled that they are openly acting so unpatriotically, helping to further sabotage our nation’s already faltering vaccine campaign by putting up serious barriers to underprivileged people’s ability to get this vital vaccine.

Depending on who is working, sometimes the pharmacy is a joke. They keep changing lead pharmacists, and a lot of them are really slow and barely help the other pharm techs
