Ross Dress for Less

This place is huge compared to other ross' that I've ever been to. Had everything I was looking for and a self check out lane for 8 items or less. Very convenient.

Looking for an outfit, I stopped by Ross to see what might be available. At this particular location it typically has a good selection of items and always deals on the clearance racks. I've yet to walk away without a bag (or two) of great clothing.

Another nice aspect of the store is they have plenty of sizes to choose from. This is a perfect place to shop with friends and family. The selection also includes home goods, pet stuff and even shoes.

The dressing rooms are clean and the staff is pretty helpful. I find that you rarely wait in line here and the check out lines are pretty quick.

Parking is free. The lot out front always has a spot. Carts are typically found inside and if you're considering an outfit or two, grab one so you have a place to review what you want to purchase. Plus this store right off the freeway, so it is impossible to miss as it's convenient to access.

A very large store with a great selection of seasonal specials and gift options. I was supposed to see a great selection of toys of all kinds, Christmas decorations, and even a cool selection of colorful bike helmets - see the pictures.

Nice Ross, I do have to say since Covid there's been next to NONE Nike or Under Armour shoes on the racks anymore. This Ross does have a bathroom which was helpful. BIG STORE, I did find two t shirts I bought in here. The staff was friendly also.

I can describe this Ross in one word. HUGE. It’s about as big as a Target. Whenever I go to this Ross, there’s such a huge selection that I always find something. There’s also mostly self checkout, but the line was pretty long (I also went there on the 23rd of December that time), so that was the downside. You have to go and shop there, it’s amazing.

This location is one of their best places. The inventory is is generally okay. Some visits they don’t have anything really eye catching (a lot of inventory but nothing special). Other times they have decent stuff. Staff and security are friendly and helpful.

The 2 only downside’s that I encountered here:
1) Sometimes they only have 1-2 cashiers working during busy times which causes a 15-45 minute wait. There’s times when I put stuff back (and others too) because myself and others don’t have time to wait in line for that long.
2) It is a older take and still happens even recently. Is that when there were limited capacity, social distancing, and mandatory masks, number of other shoppers didn’t follow the guidelines and the employees back then didn’t seem to care. They could see multiple violations but act like they didn’t see anything. I know that much of the mandates and regulations are gone but if you are in one of the few extremely narrow aisle many people will push past you to stand right on you. Would be great if they could tell certain shoppers to be patient and back off.

But anyways I genuinely have great experiences here.

This is your typical Ross has everything at what if you go late in the day is probably gonna be empty first thing in the morning it’s usually best specially after the weekend they seem to have quite a bit more ladies apparel and Co cosmetics pretty skimpy on the men’s shaving kits, and so forth there’s a lot of soaps, lotta extra foodsmall little gifts you might want to buy for somebody all at all. It’s a pretty good Ross nice and clean and usually not overly too busy.

This is my go to store for kitchen, bedroom, small car things I get all my shoes clothes here I don’t need to spend top dollar for material things when the things I get from here are good quality come from big stores anyway I want be able to take none of these things with me when I go to heaven that’s how I feel your family will look good when they step out always save money for that education more important

Ross is a solid store with a lot of options, but the checkout lines can be long at peak times. The selection at Ross is great, but the store could use a bit more lighting and it can be difficult to see some of the items on display. It would be nice if they had more registers open to speed things up.

Amazing prices and service. The security today was on point and so welcoming.

I can always find what I need at reasonable prices and especially on senior discount tuesdays

This place is amazing. This location is quick and offers self checkout.
Great parking and access to the 405 and Sepulveda.
Almost too good haha I am spending all my money.
One of the best features are the food stands that are right outside. Fruit, tacos, pupusas, and churros.

Perfect found exactly what I was looking for. A pair of slacks and dress shirt for work.

Excellent customer service! I usually go to other Ross stores closer to my home but I recently found this, new location for me and I love it. The store is always very clean, organized, Dressing Rooms are clean and air conditioner is ON which makes big difference compare to the other locations I used to go. It is nice to be in this store and try on clothes. Other locations they save on electricity or maybe some other reasons but often the air conditioner does not work. This location Ross is wonderful.
Also the selection of merchandise is great. The lady at the Dressing Room is so polite and attentive. Always tries to help you and if asked gives a great advice about the clothes. They close Dressing Rooms almost as the store which is very convenient around 10 pm. Other stores close it at 8 or 9 pm saying that they don't have enough staff.
This is the store I always want to come back!

I picked up my son from school and his pants were ripped and faded and 2x his size. I had purchase 3 new Levi jeans and a belt from this Ross. They had everything he needed and more. The prices were reasonable for the brands and quality.

Good deals with all the branded items they have everyday until late night
If you want to do shopping wisely this is the right place

I love this Ross...so roomy. We found some love seats which were large & needed help carrying them. Janique made sure to get the help of another salesgirl and they not only quietly brought them to the front to pay but also helped us put them into the car, all with great kindness and politeness. They were so lovely.

Fairly nice Ross, usually lots of furniture

This Ross on Sepulveda is a very large store.The workers are friendly and helpful.I found my jeans there.A new home gift there.Such a nice homeward department.I highly recommend this Ross.Make time to check everything out.

I came for a little lamp and I found one I was happy and the self checkout is fantastic I did have to wait in that long line
