JESSICA The pac at Tehachapi Kaiser is awesome. I have been in and out of the er, spine Dr and neither could tell me what was going on with my back. She did! I will definitely see her again. Also her LVN Jessica is also awesome! THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH.

I've done all my kids shots here but today I was able to do my 3 hour gestational diabetes lab draw here with little to no wait. I was able to do all 4 draws in between running errands with my kids which was so convenient. I'm so grateful I didn't have to drive down to Lancaster or Bakersfield.

A place for everyone and they have a team that helps with all ur health issues

Was sitting in the waiting room at the tehachapi office, and a veteran and his wife who was also a vet, was going to leave. The doctor and nurse gave them each a rose significant to being a vet. I'm glad they support our troops.

Although limited services, no pharmacy or radiology, the Doctors and Nurses are fantastic. Hopefully the clinic will keep on growing and other services will become available in the not too distant future.

Quiet office great primary care doctors. Easy in and out for blood tests. Very gentle and fast at drawing blood.

The thing about Kaiser that I appreciate is that if you have a 10 a.m. appointment you're usually seen at 10 a.m., or shortly thereafter.

Brace yourself for a disappointing experience, as the doctors here are notorious for spreading misinformation and withholding treatment without any explanation. It's disheartening to witness their disregard for vulnerable patients. To make matters worse, the nurses appear to be perpetually miserable and lacking in basic people skills, which can greatly impact your overall experience. Don't fall victim to their deceitful practices! Take the time to educate yourself about Kaiser policy and stand up against these unscrupulous doctors. Trust me, it's in your best interest to avoid this facility altogether. Instead, head over to Lancaster or Palmdale where you'll find reputable alternatives that genuinely prioritize patient care."

After reading all the reviews Finn this facility and experiencing rude attitudes, I refuse to be their patient.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have had at a doctors office. DO NOT go to this office if you are expecting any sort of professionalism or even respect. The nurse came in and asked about medications so I started listing them until she became too lazy to write down the remainder and stopped me after 2. The doctor was an older white man and was the worst doctor I have ever worked with. I needed a covid test for my child and his immediate response was “everyone is just making up rules” and “you’ll have today and go through a private clinic”. After that, he told my daughter who had gone through a traumatic leg break that her leg was “just never going to be the same” and “there was nothing he could do about it” leaving her in tears. I am still in shock from what a horrible experience this was. Go to the clinic in Bakersfield. This place should be shut down.

Any time I go here it's a complete waste of time. Services are so limited it's ridiculous. I am 34 weeks pregnant and experiencing swelling, instead of making a trip to Lancaster I stopped by to see if I could get my BP taken. Straight out refused to do it. Now I have to drive to Lancaster for something so simple that could be done locally.

This has been the absolutely worst experience I have ever encountered with a doctor's office, if there was a zero rating, they would get one here. I am in the industry of senior living and when new residents are moving into our community, they need to be seen by their doctor for an assessment prior to move in. I will be short with this statement otherwise it could go on and on with my disappointment. With a months' notice and time frame to efficiently get the paperwork completed for our future residents, Kaiser cancelled my documents that we faxed, sent me down a rabbit hole of who to talk to resulting in being on hold and transferred for upwards of 30 minutes each time I called to follow up, and on 9 occasions failed to call me back. Each time I asked for the doctor's office and to please assist me, I continued to get the run around. Doctor Sproul's team has been completely unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. This almost resulted in this couple not being able to move into our community because of the lack of communication, follow up, and excuses the doctor's office gave me. Without the numerous calls made, the paperwork would not have gotten done. I realize offices get busy I do certainly hope that someone there reads this and realizes the severity it has on their patients. I am very disappointed.
