Going to HD when you have a repair list as extensive as mine is like going to the grocery store when you’ve already skipped 2 meals. You end up with 2 shopping carts full of stuff you *need.

“I need this, I need this, I need this…..”

Next time I’m leaving all my money at home.

This store didn’t have the items needed in stock; however, Jon at the front desk was able to jump through a lot of computer hoops to get the items requested delivered. He’s very efficient. Store is clean, organized and staff members are friendly.

Great selection and employees were very helpful when finding things. There was a big line and i only had a few things so employee helped check me out quickly at another spot. Awesome service. Found everything I needed so great trip here.

Mike in cabinet’s went out of his way in assisting us with the process of installing a security door.
He scheduled us an appointment with the installer and helped us in the selection of a door. He also explained the Perk program, which we were not aware of, 👏

Easy to find whatever you are looking for. If you look for whatever you need on their website it tells you the aisle and the bay number of the item. Friendly staff, always ready to assist. Usually when I think of Home Depot I think of tools, but they have so much more. Lots of household items, rugs, plants, even detergent. The most random items

This is a fun store to go to. Is it awful we go to walk around and look at all the cool things? We always end up finding something we need. The employees are so helpful. We got wood cut here for shelves we made in our home and they turned out beautiful. We also enjoy the kid activities.

This is a great store and very well staffed personally I like Lowe's better it is a little farther for me to drive however there is nothing wrong with this place either.

I wish I would have gotten the names of everyone who assisted me, however, my experience at this Home Depot location far exceeded my expectations. I had placed an order online for pick-up. When I arrived at the store, I decided to pick up two more items before picking up my online order. It's murphy law that the item I needed was blocked by a large display on a wood pallet. I noticed a store employee walking by and happened to glance just in time for me to give him a wave that I needed assistance. Without hesitation and an absolutely friendly attitude, he stopped by to see how he could assist me. It was seamless for him to move the item and help get down the large carpet and load it into my cart. I took my items to the customer service desk and was immediately greeted by a woman working behind the counter. I let her know I was picking up an online order but also had a couple things to add. She had me checked out and my pick-up order ready in no time at all. The other gentlemen behind the desk told me to pull my car around and they would help me load the items. I can't even tell you, they both came out to help and were so friendly and patient. I didn't plan on having any help because Home Depot is always so busy. I was just blown away by how quickly I got in and out and how friendly everyone was. It made me want to re-park my car and go shopping in the gardening section for new plants, but my car was already loaded full of stuff. :-) Thank you St George/Washington Home Depot for being an absolutely stellar team. I"ll be back!

I was here with my two kids at just a few minutes before close. It was late, but despite the late hour, every person I ran into was chipper, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I didn't realize that my son was spilling water in a couple places in the store and after I admitted that to Ashley (who has awesome purple hair and I hope I remembered her name correctly) she kindly offered to mop up the mess just minutes to close with a genuine smile on her face. Earlier, I met Steve near the bolts and washers and he was also extremely kind and professional in greeting my kids and I. I was looking for a diy solution and he suggested one that was even better and less expensive than the one I had offered. As I left the section, he thanked me in such a way that I felt like I'd somehow added value to our exchange though I'm sure that was all him. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in the slightest by anyone when, perhaps I deserved to be and that kindness and enduring professionalism was enough to rescue what was turning into a stressful night with my kids. Even Isabella (I hope that was her name) the cashier was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy going in her demeanor. This night could have easily gone another way and I wouldn't have said a word. However, when customer service rises to this level, I feel compelled to write a review. I hope each person named here will have their supervisor read this and reward their incredible staff. They are, after all, the reason I'll be back very soon and will always be a loyal Home Depot customer. Thank you again, and happy holidays to you all!

Kids "build it" sessions are very nice things to havr

Ordered the Ryobi HP Multi tool online from the Home Depot. Very impressed with the shipping time and very pleased with the entire order.

These are the most helpful people I have ever met. I live here and south carolina part time. No comparison. Getting married this weekend and needed help getting material cut to make a walkway because of forecasted rain. Everyone from the person in customer service that helped me to Jett in limber to checkout wad fantastic. Thank you! You made a difference!

While using Pro Desk services and watching other professionals do the same, I've watched Chelsea working extremely hard. I've never seen anyone multi-task like she does, she can give 100% to two, three or four projects at the same time. A phone in one ear, a customer at the desk, helping a fellow employee and working on another project on the computer.

If you use Pro Desk services ask for Chelsea. She's polite, professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I wish I had room for her on my staff, she's the kind of employee every customer service focused company needs!

This Home Depot ALWAYS has answers to all my plumbing questions. Brooks is the guy to find in the plumbing section and Pat was wonderful and quick to help when I couldn't get my part to scan. So glad to have this team working so close to my home. They're great!

It's always nice to go to a Home Depot!
