On Air Parking Los Angeles

I booked my parking in a rush and did not double check what time I had entered. When I was ready to leave to go park, I realize my time was for plane leaving. I contacted ON AIR. In a matter of a few minutes, everything was corrected. I was so happy to receive such quick and excellent service. Will definitely be back.

Easy place to get to. Shuttle to and from was easy. Pick up took 10min. We will use them again.

Excellent inexpensive covered parking, Good shuttle service, Very close to LAX. I'll use it again and let my friends know.

Good price and safe place

not clear about entrance and where you are allowed to park.

The place was easy to find and very close to the airport. My only complaint is that before my return flight they sent me a phone number to request a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Nobody answered the phone number and when I tried another one, I got disconnected because, and I quote, "There are too many calls right now to be able to take care of you". That's bad customer service there. Fortunately, the shuttle appeared by itself and we got a ride back. Please get your act together.

This is THE WORST SHUTTLE SERVICE I have ever used. If you are looking to get on time to the airport and not miss your flight.....this is not the derby. Stops frequently and picks up other passengers in other locations. Also the shuttle takes 25-30 minutes if you miss one. Then when he gets there he sits around and waits until he/she fills up the bus!! Look elsewhere unless you have 2 hrs before your flight and time to waste.
