I recieved great treatment from both employees in night time, even though 1 of them had some difficulties with the language he tried his best to help and the other employee helped directing us toward the hot water to prepare the instant soup and bringed forks as soon as he knew we were looking for them without even needimg to tell him

Customer service is excellent, I know there is two shifts but the young lady with glasses that has helped me is always polite , I seen douche costumers that give employees a hard time and rude and they don't tolerate that so maybe the 1 star ratings are from bad costumers.

7 eleven used to be my go to store because of friendly service, but this place really changed my mind. The Hispanic lady was supposedly working but she was not helpful at all. I asked her for napkins and she just pointed in a general direction and I had to look for it myself. I asked where the ice coffee was twice and she just pointed to the back of the store. Before grabbing a cup, I asked her if the coffee is 1 dollar any size and she just shrugged me off until I asked the second time, then she said yes. I got the coffee and went to pay and she said what I got wasn’t the ice coffee and tried charging me $2.50. I was then candid with her and asked her literally 2 mins ago for confirmation and she responded with me misunderstanding her. I don’t work here. I didn’t even raise my voice because I was just trying to buy coffee and water at 11:20pm and funny enough she actually raised her voice- that is some pretty awful customer service. But here is the best part, after telling her to be more helpful next time, she told me to go to circle k to purchase instead and denied me service and walked to the back of the store. As an educated human being, this isn’t worth starting something for but no one deserves the rude behavior. Look at the reviews, they say the same thing, management you have to do a better job hiring. Sure there is a labor shortage but now I will never step foot in any 7 eleven especially that one. With her bad attitude, I wouldn’t be surprised if something happened because it might be well deserved.

I have never written a review before on here but sitting down to write this because I am so infuriated by the poor customer service I just received at this location. I stopped by on a Sunday to vacuum out my car quickly on the way home from work. Upon using my credit card to pay $2 for this 7/11 vacuum, the vacuum cleaner turned on however the suction was so poor it was unusable. I went into the store to ask for help and a gentleman came out with me to inspect the machine. At first, he insisted it was working. Confused at how he could be saying this, I assured him that there was not enough suction to vacuum even a wrapper off my car floor. I demonstrated with the hose on my car seat to prove my point. I requested my money back as there was no sign on the machine stating that it was not usable and I did not receive the service that was advertised. The man laughed at me and walked away. I followed him back towards the store, telling him that I would really appreciate my money back or a sign put on the machine for others to not make the same mistake. He laughed and just said "no". walked into the store and behind the counter to stop talking to me. No sign was left on the machine, presumably for more people to make the same mistake that I did. This post isn't about two dollars. This post is to hold one business in Los Angeles accountable for charging a customer a service that was not provided. I'm so tired of this city being so large that people can treat others terribly in order to make a dime because it's impossible to put a business out of practice for poor service. Hoping that this reaches even one person who will think twice about who they are giving their money to in this city and what you are letting continue to profit.

Entering the 7-Eleven store at 601 N. Pacific Coast Highway in El Segundo, CA 90245 is like entering a dismally rude, callously impersonal Ethiopian, Biafran or African refugee camp. Most of the employees I have encountered are black men with thick foreign accents and STONE-COLD PERSONALITIES. A guy in the backroom LITERALLY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ME WHEN I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM ABOUT DIET COKE.

On another store visit, I was treated very rudely by a frighteningly callous Middle Eastern female cashier. When I pointed out her rudeness, she asked why I shop there. So she wants the store owner to lose business?

DO BETTER, 7-ELEVEN! GET FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT!!!
