This store amazingly had Children’s Tylenol Pain + Fever for ages 2-11, so I ordered it online for pickup and, because my phone was on silent mode, missed all of the messages from Walgreens that my order was delayed.

The messages with instructions about where to pick up my order were very helpful, but I didn’t see them until after I picked up my order. However, there is a big sign at the store showing where to pick up orders.

When I arrived at the pickup counter, the cashier saw my order come through and immediately went to fill my order. There were no Children’s Tylenol on the shelves, but she found one in the back room.

Such a great experience! The young woman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely order online for pickup from this Walgreens again.

Super-awesome, friendly photo department and customer service - I had a crucial part of a photo order I originally placed with Walmart get screwed up and I found out that Walgreens will do same-day prints, posters and even photo collages. On top of completing it within 30 minutes after I ordered it, they even called me to let me know was ready!

My wife and I have been customers at this Walgreen's store in El Segundo for over 10 years. We love the kind and competent assistance we receive from everyone who works in the store and especially in the pharmacy. The pharmacists are very, very helpful and those who serve at the counter and the window are terrific. Noon times are tough because of parking, but well worth that slight inconvenience.

I ordered business cards the other night and needed them ASAP. Ian helped me so much by providing quick and friendly service. He went above and beyond to get them done for our company and we are grateful. Truly a great experience thanks to him!

I’ve often gone to CVS because of certain meds they carry or proximity to home, but I switched all my prescriptions to this Walgreens since it is close to my office AND it’s not a total nightmare like CVS often is. The drive thru is great, hardly ever have to wait, and when I call, I don’t get put on hold for 20-30 mins trying to speak to someone. LA chain pharmacies are awful but I do really like this Walgreens and usually Prefer Walgreens in general.

Very good service! I am not a native English speaker and the service helped me dealing with the photo printing machine right away. Also they gave me a high percentage on my prints whereby I paid ~8$ for about 60 photos. Highly recommended. Had no trouble with both the machine and the service.

excellent customer service! I recently bought some toys there on the 21st for Christmas a couple of them didn't work so I went to return them at a different store closer to where I live. The store where I live was horrible and would not accept the toys back because he wants to get rid of the xmas stuff, so I went back to this Walgreens and they accommodated me and were very helpful!
