We had a leaking water heater pipe.Dan showed up exactly on time. He did a great professional job fast. Very reasonable cost. Fast, prompt,professional,friendly.

Was rude and refused service

Horrible woman answered the phone. Discredited the sense of urgency to receive services. I told her I was only 5 miles away 1.5 miles from the Bear Valley gate. She stated I would have to wait at least 2 days if iam on the top of Bear Valley witch I never stated. She said never call back. I proudly wont #All lives matter.

Called them out to fix a toilet leak, fixed leak but within 90 minutes leak started again. They stated they would be gone for a week that I should get a kit and see if I could fix it! Wasted $127 had John The Plumber come out and fix it for half the cost. Will not use him again!!
