Tehachapi Christian Store

I was in town with the family on other business not expecting to find such an amazing Christian Book Store. We just had to stop on in and check the place out. Jim's store is loaded with so many different items, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The Shirt section is where I headed to first with the family right on my tail. We had a good time, so will you I just know it!

Everything was easily accessible and and easy to find, Jim is a very nice man to get to know, we wound up having some good conversation and great fellowship, thank you for that Jim! See ya next week when we come back to pick up my new bible!

The Wellspring of Life Fellowship.

We went into this store recently and my wife and I felt a sense of calmness and peace just upon entering. We were shopping for a gift (a bible) and found a nice selection and a book cover too. Plus they had greeting cards too. So we made our purchase and before leaving I got to have a delicious cup of hot coffee too! It was a nice experience. The woman working there was very helpful and friendly. As a Christian, it felt very welcoming there. We have told many of our friends about our visit too. I felt compelled to write this review just because it was such a nice place to shop at. We will be back !!

This place is awesome! I've been in here multiple times, and every employee working there has been so pleasant and welcoming. The owners, Peter and Adriana, are absolutely fantastic and want to accommodate your every need. They have a great selection of Bibles, clothes, greeting cards, and everything else Christian you can think of! So blessed to have this store in my town, will continue to frequent this store for years to come.

The atmosphere of this store is so welcoming and peaceful, the Spirit is here. Every time I come in, there's always new merchandise. I've bought everything from Hold Fast shirts and hats, guitar accessories, Bibles, Bible hi-liters and ribbons, notebooks, keychains, jewelry etc... you name it, they have it. The selection of guitars here is awesome, and much more than the local music store, definitely check it out if you need a new guitar or musical accessories. Peter does excellent guitar setups as well, he's an expert in his field. Thank you, Tehachapi Christian Store for supplying the needs of our town in Jesus name!

Tehachapi is such a gem and so is this little store! It is hard to find a Christian store these days. Such a peaceful, calm and beautiful presence there. I have purchased some bibles, gifts and apparel from them and will continue. My husband and I love supporting this store!

Nice selection of Bibles and gifts. They also have some guitars for sale as well as guitar strings. The lady working there was kind and helpful. Wonderful to be able to go to a brick and mortar Christian store.

This store and the owners are so dear to my heart. I came in to buy gifts and then returned for ministry and prayer. I felt the love of Jesus for the first time in my life at this store. Breakthrough and healing happened shortly after. Praise Jesus! So thankful the Lord brought me to this place!

Super cute brick and mortar store! Buying online can be convenient but it was so nice to shop and support a local family owned business. Great customer service. Saw "old school tracks" in English and Espanol!

I went in just to browse and found a book in their clearance section that I'm sure God called me there to find. The woman at the front, not sure if she is an employee or owner, was quite possibly the most accepting, warm, and welcoming person. This is a family-friendly environment but all are welcome. She has her kids with her and they are adorable. I loved everything about this place and felt the holy spirit in it. I will be back with my family soon! Thank you!

My family had a wonderful experience at Tehachapi Christian Store. The family who owns the store was pleasant and inviting. It was so encouraging to meet a godly family. They were ministering to us just by showing such kindness. I'm looking forward to going back and hopefully joining Bible study. My daughter is excited to have met a friend her age and my husband and I are looking forward to fellowship. P.S. My son hasn't stopped playing with the watch:)

Visited this precious shop yesterday. The new Owner, Adriana and her daughter were very kind and humble. The store has a wide wage novelty items such as wall crosses, Christian bumper stickers, jewelry and T-shirts. They also have a large quantity of used books. Many spiritual blessings to this Christian Bookstore and community. May God be glorified.

I visited this store to get some documents notarized. Adriana was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get what I needed with a pleasant experience. Very refreshing to see nice people that actually care. I will be back. Thanks

I went with my wife Cristina to cooler Tehachapi earlier today, just to get away the from the fierce 105 degree heat of Lancaster. We had some food at Tehachapi Boulevard. Later on as I was sauntering on the boulevard, I saw “CHRISTIAN STORE” written on a store next to a gas station on the boulevard. Surprised to see a Christian store on the Tehachapi Boulevard, I walked in to see if I could get a ring or something--- I wanted to buy one for quite some time now. But when I entered the store, I found a group of people seated there and there was a microphone. I thought I was intruding on an event and was about to walk out when a very kindly, youngish person (who I later learned was Michael .. pastor Michael ) walked up to me with a very welcoming smile and asked me very lovingly to come and sit. I couldn’t say no to his warm, friendly welcome and I decided to sit and see what was happening.
Then Jim the owner came and addressed the small gathering and he turned out to be the owner of the store. I learned from his short address he had wanted help in running the store and he was delighted to have Michael with him. I thought Michael was the new Manager of the beautiful store. But was pleasantly surprised when Michael came and started addressing us. It was a service---- which I believe is held every week on Fridays at 6 pm.
And then what happened truly astounded me! Pastor Michael started teaching and the way he taught – right out of the Bible and straight from the heart --it quickly became obvious to me he is a brilliant teacher who is sincere to the core about his commitment to the Lord Jesus and to His word. Pastor Michael taught almost for an hour as he shared scripture after scripture and placed the BIG PICTURE of the Bible—The great story of redemption and LOVE. There were no bells and whistles and there was no fluff. Pastor Michael spoke straight from his heart ( and I believe he was guided by the Holy spirit) as he cut the word accurately and straight, teaching seamlessly and effortlessly explaining the beautiful story of redemption and God’s great love for us and His desire for us to grow in love compassion FAITH and wisdom especially amid TRIALS . He explained how trials are brought in our lives helps our faith to GROW, as apostle Paul says in Romans “when we are weak then we are strong”. Trials bring us closer to the Lord , they make us stronger and fitter to face challenges of the next level. Pastor Michael finished his erudite sermon with a meaningful prayer.
Later I met the friendly people who were there, fellowshipped, and even had a bottle of water and a cupcake Jim and his beautiful family were kind enough to serve. We also spoke to the kind Pastor Michael and we prayed together. All and all it was an exhilarating evening; we went home uplifted and filled. I was convinced the Lord had orchestrated it—He made this happen. How else would I have discovered such a gem! I have been going to Church for more than a decade and have read/ sifted the Bible extensively. And I can safely say , and without any hesitation, that if you are seeking God’s TRUE word that’s being taught accurately and without judgment in the presence/ company of a small but very kind, welcoming group of people, by a brilliant pastor – then THIS IS THE PLACE .
God Bless you Mr. Jim for getting in such a wonderful teacher to us---pastor Micahel. We loved your pretty and resourceful store as well and I treasure the ring I purchased there. I and my wife Cristina will be coming as many times as we can, even though we will have to make it from Lancaster which is 50 miles away. God’s accurate word is PRICELESS. So will be here each week (prayerfully) and am already looking forward to attend the next service which I believe starts at 6.00 pm. They will also have some worship songs from now on before the teaching starts. I left with pastor Michael’s profound words of Biblical wisdom “We must not just study God’s word, but learn to OBEY it as well”

This store is very cute and they have tons of good items. It's hard to not want to buy everything. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and willing to help you find what you need or order it for you. I recommend this store very highly! I will definitely be going back and I loved the selection.

The owner, Jim is always happy to see you when you walk in! And he'll help you find whatever you need! If he doesn't have it, you better bet he'll order it for you!!!! We need more store Owners like Jim up in Tehachapi for sure!!!!!

Lovely store with a variety of books, music and gifts. This is a very nice place to stop in If you’re visiting the Tehachapi area.

There is a presence in the store, of great faith. Felt right at home, blessed that there I was able to meey the family. #Blessed 🙏🏼
