As soon as I enter the door to UPS, I am greeted happily. The staff is quick to complete my request. They are respectful and courteous.

EVERY time I've been there, I've been MORE than pleased! Full services with professional and knowledgeable personnel. Friendly, most helpful and quick in and out!

Jennifer was the best! I messed up my package and she made the best recommendations & was very kind about it. Very knowledgeable and awesome. Thanks Jennifer...one in a million!

Update: The new management rocks and were able to help me with my issue and get a refund, after the previous management swept me under the rug over their mistake. I appreciate how on it you guys were and took me seriously, and were amazing with your communication, thank you so much!

Returning items from Amazon is super easy there. And the UPS Store I go to has the best staff!

I am thrilled with this store. My mail is safe and secure. I am greeted by name when I walk in the store. if there are several packages, the staff always asks if they can help me out to my car. Even when they are very busy, there is always a smile. If there is a wait, I am always acknowledged. This store is very customer service oriented. Loree Gracey

The staff is really what has me coming back. This location has a great set of people, they are quick, helpful, and very attentive. It was very busy the last time I dropped by but I didn’t mind waiting in line. I only had an Amazon return, no biggie. Lilly saw that I’d been waiting and quickly scanned my phone in the back and returned with a smile and my receipt. I trust the staff with all of my shipping needs and their friendly attitudes keep me coming back.

Friendly personal service every day thanks to Olivia, Kiara, Nate and the entire team! I have had my mailbox here for several years now. It's a convenient location and a fast in & out experience -- even at peak times. The UPS Store is the best place in town to have your mailbox. Plus, when you need to ship something, they do a very careful job with packing to ensure your package arrives safely. Highly recommended.

I Always receive great friendly fast service.

I love this store and the services they provide. I am a box holder, which is a fantastic convenience, but also use their printing services, the notary, shipping and packing. All of these are really great. The staff is just the topping on the cake. They are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting lots of convenience, services and a very pleasant atmosphere.

Great staff. Always so nice and cheerful, makes all my transactions a breeze. Kiara and Olivia always go out of their way to help out when I have trouble with my Amazon returns. Will definitely recommended everyone to this store!

This store (Tehachapi) is the absolute best. And it's because of the employees. It's like you have a personal assistant working for you. The staff rocks! They are wonderful to interact with and they know their product well. I will never go back to a roadside mailbox or relying on my packages to hopefully show up at my home and remain there until I'm able to retrieve them. Wish I was able to give them 10 stars.

All of the employees are phenomenal and I simply consider them to be friends or at least acquaintances. They are very very professional, and highly recommend coming in the store and striking up a conversation while doing your business in there. All of the employees are very very respectful and amazing. Some of the standouts are Lilly, Olivia, Kiara, Kailyn, Nathanial, and Last but not least, Felicity. All phenomenal people and I really do appreciate them helping me every time I’m in the store with anything I need. I am there very often, I’d say maybe 2 times a week sometimes 3 times a week and I have never had a problem or dissatisfied experience. I remember the day I essentially started my knife business and I asked Kiara a ton of questions and she very gladly helped me and answered all the questions I needed answered and then continued to help me with my transaction, since then, the folks at my local UPS store have essentially become a part of my family, almost a second family and I am forever thankful and appreciative for their duties at their jobs. To sum it up, they deserve everything great in the world and I’m very very thankful for them, I always walk out of that store with a smile on my face because it feels very hospitable with all of those employees working there. It wouldn’t be the same without them!
