City Of Manhattan Beach

Have visited city hall multiple times for Manhattan Beach real estate related items. Folks in their planning department are always friendly and reachable compared to city of Los Angeles.

I've engaged with City Hall multiple times around permits, inspections, paying bills and simply asking questions that pertain to the City of Manhattan Beach. Everyone I've engaged with has been friendly, helpful, and provided me with the information I'm looking for.

It can get busy, so grab a number and bring a book (or phone) in case you need to wait. There is parking both outside in the lot, as well as on the street.

Be aware there is an alkaline batter disposal area here!

These guys are really racist, they are frauds and cheats. The mayor of this town and his cronies are among the most dishonest people I’ve ever known. Good luck if you’re anything but a white male in this town.

Well, city officials don't follow or enforce municipal codes and allow trailer park living if you just remove all of your trees,fences, a few traffic signs you can put a trailer in your yard and live in it

Same complaint as another recent review... Incompetent payment handling (check by mail). They deny any responsibility of mail handling. Caution to other users... Avoid mail correspondence with the city as they lack accountability

They made a mistake and didn't correct it, then they made another mistake. Very incompetent parking systems.
