Great customer service from everyone there. Had my car in for repairs after an accident and they made my car look brand new and were very attentive that everything on the car got fixed. The paint job was unbelievable and I have to say it looks amazing, they are paying attention to the small details and making sure your vehicle is returned in great condition. I would come back again to them if I ever needed their service

I cannot say enough great things about this place! They were recommended to me by an auto-knowledgable neighbor here in E.S. who works on and races cars and motorbikes, so I had specifically sought his advice. He had hired them and really liked them.... and they are everything he said they are! I had body damage to my Chevy truck: smashed front left bumper, shattered side view mirror, dented door frame & adjacent cab panel and even a small dent extending into the rear bed panel. I got a very reasonable estimate from Shane, the owner. He's happy, personable and non-pressuring. He has a great eye for detail, and found additional little things they could improve if I wanted to perfect the whole thing - but he didn't so much as lean or pressure me at all about doing them; he just showed he was a professional and gave me all the options. I opted just to tackle the damaged parts, not the tiny signs of age and general wear & tear. His son, Armin, took care of me when I dropped the truck back for them to do the work. Super polite, hospitable, and conscientious about everything. We went through a detailed rundown of what we were doing so there was no confusion. They replaced bumper with new, got mirror aftermarket, and were able to reshape and repair the door and panel. I was grateful that they were actively working to keep it affordable for me. It's a '97 truck, in an old school hunter green color that you don't really see in new vehicles. I was prepared that there might be a subtle tell in which parts had been repaired. They matched the color perfectly, and cleaned and waxed the whole truck. It looks practically brand new!! There is NO indication that the truck has had work. I'm totally stoked!! They even made a few minor improvements from the list that I passed on without charging for them. You can tell they take great pride in their work and they got it done in exactly the number of days that they said it would take. They're great folks who do great work!

What amazed me was encountering the best father-son duo in the world, Shane and Armin. They are not only professional and dedicated, but also warm and friendly. They took every issue with the vehicle seriously, patiently addressed any potential problems, and provided the best solutions. Their service was extremely attentive and meticulous. They have fair pricing, they do a decent job but more importantly when I ran into an issue with the paint on my hood almost a year later, Armin who is the owner's son, took care of it without having to go through a whole back and forth. I'm new to the LA area and was worried about finding a good place when I needed to get a paint job for my car. Armin was so helpful and really worked around my busy schedule to get my car in and out of the shop in one day! They had the best price in town too! Quality place overall.

Throughout the whole process, Armin kept me in the loop, giving me regular updates and estimated completion times. That level of communication was clutch. And let me not forget about the customer service—it was top-notch. Armin and his team were friendly, helpful, and even hooked me up with a rental car while mine was getting patched up.

Came in to fix my broken windshield and they were SO FAST! I couldn’t believe honestly that they turned it around in just a couple of hours (quite impressive). The price was more than reasonable and much much cheaper than I could’ve imagined! They are also so sweet. Wonderful dad and son duo.

Shane and the staff were kind, personable and went above & beyond to help me replace my damaged bumper and fender. I went to about half a dozen different body shops that quoted me at extremely high prices and Expo beat them all by a mile. Shane worked hard to not just get me the best price possible, but he also made sure my car was ready in a timely manner and that the repairs were of the highest quality. The staff took excellent care of me and my vehicle, they made me feel like part of the family, I couldn't recommend anyone better!

My car experienced some damage after another car crashed into it. Admittedly, I know very little about cars and a bit intimated whenever I have to visit a repair shop. In addition, it was somewhat frustrating to work with my insurance. But the people here were fair, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They were responsive and reliable in supporting me through the repair process and working with my insurance provider to ensure my car is as good as new. It was thoroughly fixed in a timely manner. I can’t recommend this family owned, local shop enough!

Customer service was great and they fixed my 99 Tahoe up to look good as new in only a couple of weeks. They also work with insurance and make it as easy as possible for you. Pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend.

went to Expo Collision based on the Google and Yelp reviews. They were all 100% accurate.

Honesty and Proficiency: I came here for a third opinion on some brake issues I was having. The previous two shops gave me completely different answers, so I needed an accurate, honest diagnosis.
Place A: told me my front brakes were fine. Back brakes needed replacing.
Place B: told me I needed new struts, mounts, and a front brake job.

Expo's quickly confirmed that neither of the two shops was exactly right. They said my struts were leaking, but that was normal for an 11-year old car. He explained that I did NOT have to replace them...that it was completely up to me, as this was more o a 'quality of the ride' issue, and not necessary for proper or safe operation of the vehicle. He did confirm that the back brakes needed to be replaced. They also noted a slight crack in the serpentine belt, but said that I did NOT need to replace it...just something to keep an eye on.

He went through every single item in detail, quoted me a price, and explained why it was or was not necessary.

When I came back to pick up my car, the price was exactly what he quoted me.

All of the guys were extremely friendly and courteous. They offered me coffee, and volunteered to give me a ride home or to work,

I will definitely be going back, as well as recommending Expo Collision to everybody I know.

great experience. My car (BMW 7 series) sustained major damage after a car backed into the passenger side. Door had to be replaced. Expo did a fantastic job with the paint, color matching very well. Car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of a reliable body shop.
