I've been taking my cat here for a few years now and absolutely love the care, concern, and follow-up. Such wonderful people they have working here. After an injured stray showed up at my door, I knew this place would give him the best care. They cleaned and covered his wound and even gave me a "good Samaritan" discount for caring for him. Thank you so much!!

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Goodell and the staff at Bay Animal Hospital! Over a span of more than two decades, we have been consistently impressed with the level of expertise, compassion, and communication offered by the doctors and staff. Recently, we adopted a rescue puppy with a bad case of "cherry eyes". Although her's was a stubborn case to tackle, the doctors never gave up on her. Dr. Goodell, who brought in Dr. Marchione, an animal ophthalmologist, along with the staff, patiently and successfully restored her eyes back to normalcy. We will forever be grateful for the expert and loving care she received!

Took my dog Pumpkin for a dental cleaning. Everyone was so nice from checking in to discharge. They were in constant communication with me regarding the dental procedure from start to finish. Really gave me peace of mind. All around great service.

Everyone at Bay Animal Hospital is very kind and caring to animals. They helped my kitty booty feel better when suffering from hot spots. It is so terrible to see your pet suffer, so thank you for the great relief!!

Dr Goodell saved our dogs life. She is a 9 and a half year old female fawn boxer. She was off and I knew it and regular vet wasn’t giving me the answers I wanted. I researched extensively and found Dr Goodell. We went in for her physical and to explain of her lethargy and Dr found a heart arrhythmia that other vets had missed. Now it was a tricky one to hear admittedly by Dr Goodell and the cardiologist too but Dr Goodell heard it first. The Drs genuine curiosity and care is why, I remember thinking he’s listening to her heart for way longer than any other vet, that’s why he heard it. DCM is becoming epidemic in large breed dogs and he was all over it. Forever grateful. Olivia ended up being in the very early stages of heart failure, she spent two nights hospitalized and is now on heart meds and doing pretty well. She will be with us for Christmas and we are going on 3 months of borrowed time. I can’t say thank you enough. I read stories of other people loosing dogs suddenly to dcm and it breaks your heart. Now Olivia gets to be an old lady and have some awesome senior time. Not have some tragic life ending event. We are forever grateful!

The doctors here are kind. I have been coming here for many years. I take both my senior rescue and my younger rescue to Bay. They provide great care for both of my dogs and are very thorough. I consider myself somewhat of a panicky pet owner, so I appreciate that. They indulge me when I ask for more tests or data or more information. My only complaint would be that every veterinary office in the Southbay is difficult to get into, and I solve this problem by making my wellness appointments in advance. They also have an app!

The people at Bay always provide a comfortable and clean environment to get the care we need for our pets. This office has the kindest and most thorough staff, techs, and vets. Their abilities to educate and communicate effectively are invaluable. They always prioritized the health and wellness of the animals and their owners.

Had an urgent situation with my kitty they were able to get us in quickly. Less costly than the Urgent Care vets.

I left the area a couple years ago and still can’t find a place that matches the energy of this veterinary office! The staff/doctors are so helpful and really go that EXTRA mile for those of us who truly view our animals no differently than children… they suggested my kitty go under for a teeth cleaning/examination due to her breed having crowded teeth and provided tons of suggestions without seeming pushy, just knowing I wanted to cover EVERYTHING possible to keep my babies healthy. The procedure went great and the doctor called me to check in on how my kitty was doing afterwards. I love the care and thoroughness of this office… keep it up!!!

I really can't say enough good things about this place.
Unfortunately, my first time going here was the last time for cat of 18 years. He was much sicker than my husband and I knew and we had to put him down that day. This vets office has sent us wonderful and caring keepsakes of our beloved pet and sent us a wonderful cars sharing their condolences.
My other cat, 16, has now been here twice and she loves it! The vets are very calming and caring. They do an amazing job on check-ups and medication refills. They are EXTREMELY thorough. Out of all the vets my babies have seen over the last (almost) 20 years, this place is by far my favorite.

This place is THE-GO-TO for my cat. The staff are warm and professional. The doctors are very kind and very thorough and actually really cares about your pet. I would get follow up calls weeks after my appointment from them just to check in with how we're doing. You really dont find places like this often. Definitely appreciate them for always going the extra mile.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for the past year since I got her. Staff is incredible. Knowledge, highly efficient and deeply love animals. They have provided me with options for all decisions made. Will stay here as long as I can.

I'm a new patient. Took all 3 of my dogs there for they're normal check up and vaccines, etc. The prices were reasonable. I've been to some vets where the prices are clearly inflated. The place is clean. A decent size waiting area. Techs were all nice. Dr cam in to check on things and to explain anything they found and/or to suggest treatment plans. I have one dog with intense allergies that causes her skin to end up all rashes and scabs from all the scratching she does.
We went there on a recommendation from our neighbor. I'm so glad we did. It feels better to know we have a vet we can continue to see and feel comfortable with.
Highly recommend.

Compassionate staff when I had up put my cat down. It was very emotional for me and my family and I can't thank them enough for being kind and gentle to us while we were grieving our beloved Pepper.

First timer today after being a little let down by old vet. What a world of difference. Everyone greeted and gave treats to my dog. The vet was supper friendly and welcoming. This place is exactly what is should be a rarely meets to mark. Bravo! You make a difference.

Most importantly, the staff are kind and considerate, efficient, and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their patients and pet owners. The doctors I’ve interfaced with are thoughtful, conscientious, and have not rushed. The clinic is always busy (good sign that they are a reputable and trusted vet), but my experience is that they will search for cancellations and offer walk-ins as opportunities to get in sooner if needed. Their prices are comparable and appointments typically begin on time.

Staff, Vet, and, Assistant were amazing. Took good care of our little puppy, explained the whole shot schedule, and got us some probiotics for the stool issue

This was my first time going to Bay Animal Hospital and I was quite impressed that they honored my 2:30pm appointment time! I've been going to my other vet for over 10 years and every time I would go, I'd still have to wait for over 30 minutes even with an appointment. Everyone that works at Bay Animal Hospital was so professional, friendly and had a smile on their faces. The place is spotless! While I was there I noticed someone coming to disinfect the seats as soon as the other customers left. All in all, it was quite a wonderful experience.

No long waiting times when you call. They always follow up and it's super convenient that I can text or email with issues/ question/ updates. Clean and professional.
