Just got my custom sectional couch and it impressed more then expected. It was less expensive then the other store brands and I was able to pick the style, fabric, and size. I would definitely buy from them again.

Once again A Royal Suite has outdone themselves!! The ability to choose the color and fabric I want coupled with hardwood furniture made in the USA is so much better than ordering online. The prices are less than most places and competitive in todays economy. They go out of their way in the customer service department and always get my order done quickly and with no problems. I also like they are a family owned business that has been around for a long time in SCV. I try to work with a family run place any day over a corporate owned company. They give you a day and a time window for delivery too!! Amir is the salesperson I worked with and he’s great but is now in the Ventura location. I am a happy customer for life shopping at a Royal Suite! They have everything from classic to contemporary furnishings and it’s so easy to do business in my hometown of SCV . The sales person (Sally) was extremely polite and very informative with all the products very helpful in answering all of our questions and taking her time showing us around the store, we ended up buying two couch sets. We have been to other furniture stores and didn’t get this type of treatment that we received here at A royal suite we highly recommend shopping at this store the manager and Sally, was awesome thank you A Royal Suite..

I was blown away with the level of customer service and selection. We truly received white glove service. Randy the salesman was very knowledgeable patient and incredibly helpful. The owner was also on site and was also incredibly accommodating. This store is truly operates like a family business.

I have looked for a new sofa set for over 6 months. Just couldn't find that set that I wanted to live with at the right price until I stopped in here. I'm so excited to get my new set deliver. It's very well made, beautiful, fits my body like a glove and exactly what and more AND at a good price to boot. Lucky me.
My sale person was Randy. He didn't pressure me and knew about the sofa I wanted like how it is made, warranty etc. great warranty by the way. He even introduced me to the owner of the store. Owner seems very nice. I like this store and plan on buying more from them. I use to buy from the old store.

I love this place affordable and good quality. I got to customize everything on my super comfy sectional from the shape , size , color to fabric all for under $2000. Not the first piece I get there. Always satisfied with customer care and quik delivery.

My husband and I just purchased a bedroom set from A Royal Suite. We were extremely pleased with the customer service and the reasonable prices we received for quality pieces.

Randy gave us the space we wanted to shop, discuss , measure and do what we needed to do privately but made himself readily available with facts or to answer any questions we had.

The Carl Boyer store had the exact bedroom suite we wanted. We were very happy with the price, which was lower than any other store we had visited in person or online.The quality was excellent. Izzy was our salesperson. He was very cordial, patient and helpful. No hidden costs or surprises. The furniture arrive exactly as we had prearranged. The delivery men were very friendly. They assembled the furniture perfectly, cleaned up and left. One could not have expected better service from start to finish. Would I go back to A Royal Suite? You bet I would.

Great service with knowledgeable staff and a solid selection. Their services are also quite affordable. A salesman spent something like an hour flipping through brochures and showing us floor units to work out what exactly we wanted, what would best fit our needs.

Shout out to Randy. He gave us a quick tour, talked to us about our needs, and showed us some units. He could have stopped there and let us look, which he did but later he came back after looking through some brochures to show us with suggestions. Then let us look at those and came back with another, then another. Granted they weren't busy, but he definitely earned his pay.

We were in the market for a family sectional. We started at A Royal Suite because they had a tent sale. Izzy was a great salesman in our eyes. He was knowledgeable but also left us alone to wander about and sit in a million seats! He was patient as we took our time. We left to go shop around at a couple other furniture stores close by. Even though every store had a great selection it was at A Royal Suite that we had the best customer service and what ultimately brought us back to narrow down our decision and purchase our couch. The delivery was within 7 days and they men who set it up were great, quick, and careful.

Izzy was wonderful at A Royal Suite. He has excellent customer service skills. We got the best deal for quality furniture w/ financing & no intrest for 12 months. He is a very genuine person. He took the time to give my daughter some colored pencils and paper to keep her busy. With her Autism Spectrum Disorder that can be difficult sometimes. He tried to engage with her & was very caring. We ordered a custom couch and recliner. They are absolutely perfect! We had excellent customer service at the store from Amir and Eric. The order took about 5 weeks to arrive.
