I recently purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My sales person was Edda. She was very patient and not at all pushy.

I got their Alessandra couch, chair, and ottoman. I really like the quality of the furniture, which is exceptional - sturdy, well-made, and stylish. The delivery process was smooth and efficient, with the items arriving exactly on time and in perfect condition. Overall, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in need of high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. Five stars all the way!

Great experience! We had to replace a chair due to water damage and the customer service was fantastic. Friendly and professional without being overbearing. Gave us plenty of time to browse and worked out the best discount and protection plan for our purchase. Thanks to Ruby for helping us out!

Lala is a sweet woman, she took care of our wants and made sure our needs were also met. She personalized our experience and gave us great ideas on how to better our home purchases for ourselves. Tony the manager provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. Was able to help make the purchase as smooth as possible and provide every offer we qualified for. Visited recently & I loved the friendly sales people! I felt like I had a lot of assistance trying to buy a rug, which was on sale! There was a guy from the back who told me about it, and the sales guy helped me get checked out. 5 stars!

Ashley hosted a fantastic art class where we painted charcuterie boards. We had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly. The class was fun and well organized.

Tom and the manager Tony were great! They provided us with excellent service. They went above and beyond in assisting us with everything we needed. They also provided us with great suggestions. This is what you call customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and anyone I know looking into upgrading their homes.

I signed up to do the workshop they were offering and had a wonderful time. We bought our furniture here and I always liked their selection and the people working were helpful. Their customer service was better than the one next door.

Great staff, the salesman Tony at the Santa Clarita Carl Boyer location was very helpful and welcoming. This was our second big couch purchase from this store. I love that the product is ready to be delivered within the week. Delivery was fast and the movers were great. Very happy.

Ashley's is always clean and well laid-out. When I heard they were having a free charcuterie board workshop, I signed up, not knowing what to expect. It was a lot of fun, plus they had a great coffee/hot cocoa/mini-pancake cart. It was a lot of fun, and I'd definitely sign up for future events. I casually looked at some furniture that we'll be needing in the near future. A lot of choices and some good items.

Great experience and customer service with Lala & Tony at Ashley Furniture in Santa Clarita! They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Went in to look around and ended up purchasing a new living room set and outdoor furniture!

Came in to buy a couch. We were greeted by Ela. She was friendly and not pushy. Showed us our options and let us decide on what we wanted without any pressure. Highly recommend Ela. She was super knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. The couch we wanted wasn’t going to fit in our space, but Ela helped us reconfigure the design and measurements to make it work. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Tony helped us get a new living room set today and was extremely helpful. He helped us put together the perfect set even finding matching tables and an ottoman. He organized getting our old couches picked up and was very fast!

Edda was very friendly, and did not push any product. We let her know what we were looking for, she gave us several different different options. And then we were able to pick the one we wanted and they gave us a great deal. Awesome will definitely come back.

I went in to look at dining room tables and chairs. The salesman Tom was so helpful and made my decision so easy by informing me of all the options I had and benefits of each one. I didn't think I was going to buy one that day, I was just looking but Tom made it so easy and the price was great and I purchased that day. I would definitely go back. The warranty on the furniture was an added bonus.
