I had a wonderful experience at this Best Buy during the Black Friday sales in 2023. Arthur couldn't locate the open boxed Galaxy Tablet, but he actually got me a brand new one instead with a discount... In past years, I have always seen friendly staff and good products. Thanks!!

I had an issue with logging into my new Mac Book. I scheduled an appointment and they resolved the issue in under 5 minutes. The customer service was fantastic from the call to schedule the appointment, to the greeter at the front door, to the two gentlemen at the Geek Squad that assisted me with getting my laptop to work. I will always purchase my electronics from Best Buy, they have the customer service in place to back up the products that they sell.

We had a great experience shopping in the store the guy in microwaves helped us & gave us great info. The guy in ring cameras helped us & gave us great info, too. We got installation & geek squad coming out to our house. Microwave installation was great. Ring camera installation was amazing & extremely helpful- above & beyond. We dropped an iPad right outside the door & went back in to send it out for a new one as per our apple care plan. Thanks.

We went into the BestBuy to ask questions about my sons gaming PC and the Geek Squad team are so amazing as well as the Manager Lisa. If you have any PC issues this team will help you out from start to finish. Megan was so helpful and directed us to Luis who helped my son build a brand-new PC and it turned out so amazing. I cannot express how happy we are with the help that we received at this store in Santa Clarita, CA.

I've bought almost all of my computers, etc. here, and I love it! They often have lower prices than competitors (I got AirPod Pros yesterday for $50 less than they are anywhere else!), and the employees are great. Yesterday, when I went, Church helped me out with the Airpods and a trade-in. They were awesome!

It took a while to be helped because best buy employees were busy with other customers,but, when we were help we were please with how much information our salesman gave us. I believe his name was Alen.

I always go to this Best Buy location if I need anything electronics related. The staff is always super useful and nice. I've been trading-in a lot of unused tech recently, and today Brandon helped me and was super helpful and made an effort to connect with the customer. I bought headphones today that were $100 off and he talked to me about how he just bought them too and how much he loves them already.

Pioneer Receiver went out and Josh was able to help me recover with a new Denoson. Good service
