Dayne took his time and went the extra mile to find a cartridge valve for my shower which I was clueless for I am not a plumber or a professional. He went online on the computer and walked over went the extra mile and found what was compatible ,and had integrity and kindness at best! It will amazing if he really is a reflection of this team of

Very happy with our shopping stop here. Very clean can walk around the aisles since they are very spacious. I do though wish they had more cash registers open but got help right away when we were in line waiting. Products are priced fairly and found tool sets here that home depot didn't carry the time is was there.

I enjoy shopping at this Lowe's Home Improvement location. They are a well stocked store. Associates are very helpful at this store in Canyon Country. The store is very clean. Great place to browse and shop.

👩🏻‍🦳I'm not sure if this Lowe's is brand new or if no one knows it's there because it was totally empty and very clean. I just happened to be in that area, and I needed a replacement for one of my kitchen cabinets that broke off the bottom slider and was surprised that they had the part that I need👍 and saved me a trip to HomeDepot👌 AS of matter of fact I think the whole area is new🤔

When Home Depot doesn't have exactly what I need I can always count on Lowes to have it.

I'm a fan of Lowe's. Always have been. I like the "other" place as well but I've tended to spend more time at Lowe's all things being equal, meaning drive time. Clean store. Decent help culture, self checkout. Checks all the boxes for a Lowe's at this location.

The last time I was in on an early weekday the garden center employee was extremely helpful. I needed something to get rid of mosquitoes and something different to handle ants. He knew the products very well. I honestly had avoided coming here because most of the time the employees seem unhappy, but there was a different vibe in the store that day. Hopefully they're treating their employees a little better or maybe the pandemic just had them all on edge. Whatever the reason keep it up guys

The people who work there are very nice and helpful. And answer all my questions. When I was going to the self service Cash register. I was not feeling well. The lady who works there saw me and said are you ok. I said to her. I do not feel well. She said I can help you. She was so helpful and nice. And she gave me something to drink. She said hope you feel better. Thank you for the nice people who works and cares for their customers.

Super clean Lowe's, friendly staff, well stocked shelves, what else do you need? Easy parking, huge selection of brands, very good plumbing department, key duplicate, and it's usually ghost town... like there aren't many customers in the store most of the times. Actually, it's strangely quiet sometimes that it's relaxing to be in this Lowe's. Way better than most Lowe's!

Jenny was so kind and sweet today. She was very helpful. She greeted me, went out to get me a cart and went back to help me out with some plant questions I had. Then she had me sign up for the Lowes app and emailed me a coupon for my next visit. Loved her energy! Thanks so much Jenny!

I just had the most amazing customer service help ever! Please go see Ralph if you're in the store, he said he worked full-time. He was so knowledgeable and he is a veteran. I have so much respect for him and he was kind of to give me a lesson on how to do a home project that I wasn't sure about taking on. He has lots of experience and he is eager to go far and above to help Lowe's customers.

This has been our staple Home Improvement store for The Last 9 Years. We have purchased a lot gardening supplies, plants, etc. And some home repair items.

They have been great at returning things, even plants that didn't work out. They have a one-year no-hassle plant return policy. You just have to keep the pot with the sticker and bring it back.

I have a my Lowe's card with them and it helps to look up purchases so I don't have to worry about saving receipts.

It's true that sometimes they may have lower amount of staff but I've always got some good help when I needed it.

Whenever I shop at this Lowe's location, I find what I'm looking for. The employees are very helpful and their prices are competitive. I recently purchased a set of Levolor 2 inch faux wood blinds for 8 percent less than the "other place". And it's very clean - just like Paul's grandfather. 😉 A pleasure to shop there.

Only at Lowe's do you go there for two items, buy 12 and go home forgetting one. It's the store design and the huge inventory that makes you buy stuff and forget others, so you can go again!!!!
On a serious note, great customer service today. Must have been asked over 6 times by employees if I needed help, and while checking out I got chatted up by MOL, I gotta say it felt I was shopping at a local family store today, not a corporation. A+++++

I come here often. They usually have what I need in stock, and their staff is very knowledgeable with all my questions throughout every department. I choose to come here over Home Depot specifically for these reasons.

In addition to being a well-stocked big box store, customer service is outstanding. I left my purse in my shopping cart in the parking lot after shopping and an alert attendant noticed it right away, secured it, and was waiting in the parking lot for me when I returned about 5 minutes later.

Kevin was attentive with other customers & friendly. He was helpful & knowledgeable in helping us in choosing a BBQ pit. we wouldn't have bought one if it wasn't for him. Kevin is10 or better. Checking out with Kate was 8star. 5 stars isn't enough for either of them.

The staff is friendly.
I even got some Halloween candy.

Lowe's is such a nice home improvement store; it has so many shopping sections and choices within those areas. I love how clean and organized it is, inside and out. Plus, the employees seem to be genuinely friendly and helpful.

Maricela and Mo are the best! I drove over 25 miles to come to the Santa Clarita location and it was worth it. These ladies were professional and courteous. Always thinking of my best interest in mind and making sure I leave happy. Even when my bank made me call them to verify my purchase, they were patient with me and made sure I didn't feel rushed. Thank you for all your help!
