Michael is a true example of what TRUE CUSTOMER CARE IS!!! I’ve been with AT&T for over 9 years. And in the past 3 years, I’ve referred friends, family to this company and they regret switching to AT&T. And honestly I’ve haven’t had the best experience in the past (2) years, until I meet Michael!! He’s knowledgeable and honest! If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve left AT&T. Thanks Michael for caring for your customers and all your support!! You have a loyal customer for LIFE!!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional assistance from Gabriel Gonzales at the AT&T store in Santa Clarita while shopping for a flip phone. Best costumer service in town. I broke my screen and was worried I'd have to buy a new phone. He checked my plan and saw that I had insurance and repairs would be covered. He helped me set up my claim and recommended a local repair shop. My phone was fixed a few hours later and I saved over $1000. Thank you Robert.

Isabella was amazing. She went out of her way to help me resolve the issues I was having, I was in and out of that store for about a week she was the representative who helped me out each time. She answered all my questions she was very thorough extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend her. I bought a new phone because of her. She is definitely an asset to AT&T corporation. She is management material. In the future I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends who would like to either purchase a new phone or accessories or if I have any further issues with my phone. Thank you.

Michael has been helpful since the minute we spoke over the phone. He went out of his way to accommodate me and helped transfer my phone from a different account with ease. I've never had a smoother transaction. I didn't feel pressured once to purchase extra accessories. I felt very comfortable and he is very knowledgeable and broke down all the information with me. Michael was great. A friendly face in the store a fun and helpful person to be around while you shop. He gave me recommendations looked up the differences between my old and what would now be my new phone, and he stayed by me the entire time to lead me and help me out.

Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions because I wasn't sure what phone I wanted. He made sure to inform me of all the promotions, but did not push the information when I said no, which I greatly appreciated. I decided to also purchase a watch because Michael was able to answer all of my question and I knew he was not pushing me to make the biggest purchases therefore he came across guinuine and helpful.
