Vons

Vons is one of my favorite grocery stores, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
One of the things I love most about Vons is their custom cake ordering service. I've ordered several cakes from Vons over the years, and they have always been delicious. I've ordered cakes for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and other special occasions, and I've never been disappointed.
Another great thing about Vons is their rewards program. You can earn points for every dollar you spend, and you can redeem those points for discounts on groceries, gas, and other items. The rewards program is free to join, and it's a great way to save money!

Von's always has what I am looking for. Great place to shop. They have very good quality produce and meats. Staff is always helpful.

I come here for a quality meat/deli selection. If you check their weekly ads you can regularly find really good deals on great steaks as well as chicken and pork products.

Their produce is also high quality but I think slightly pricier than Ralph's.

It's solid for specific deals but that all depends on you signing up for their "membership" thing. It's not worth shopping here if you aren't willing to give them your phone number because it's the member deals that actually matter.

We live within walking distance of Albertsons. But we go down the road to Vons.
Vons carries everything we want to shop for, and has it in stock when i go there to shop.
You can learn where things are in Vons and when you go back, you will find it in the same place.
And the folks at Vons are always friendly and helpfull.

Very nice. Whenever I can't find something, I just ask and I get taken right to it.
Twice now the butcher has stopped and come helped us find what we couldn't.

The most honest store ever!!!!!!!!! A few years ago I lost my wallet in one of the stores, and never found it . Today I lost my wallet in this Vons, and only found out that I lost my wallet a few hours later. I was almost hopeless to even think that I would get it back. But I went back to the store, and turns out they found it, and the manager kept it in the safe until the owner turns up. I was so happy to find my wallet, and I am so thankful to them for their honesty.

Great! Went here because saw their organic produce section last time. For Santa Clarita they have a nice selection. Fresh too. And when they didn't have what I was looking for, Jose the kind produce guy (the other kind produce guy first tried to look it up so they could order them but it wasn't on their list) matched the price where I'd gotten them before 😆😀 very pleased. WILL go back!

Love this place. Starbucks staff is on point and friendly. Store staff is helpful and friendly as well. The deli and cooked food to the front left of the store tastes great (especially the wings). Neat clean and organized

Because shopping there just feels so good. The management, cashiers and baggers are so helpful. I like the butcher too.

A great place for groceries. They seem to have a good variety of things other stores don't always have.

So happy to have Vons back. So much better than Haggen's and the staff is always pleasant. Access to the shopping center can be a bit hectic, but only during peak hours.

Had a return was NO problem. Lady short blondehairverynice. I went to grab a few things and was struggling holding stuff. A staff member Cory saw I needed a cartand grabbed me one. That's 10 star service. Thanks Cory!!🌻

Much better than Ralph's. I shop at Con's because they're polite, nice and go out of their way to help. There isn't a ton of stuff in the aisles so you can actually walk without going through an obstacle course or use a mobility cart without running into things. No pallets blocking aisles. If you can't find something, done One us always there to help. Ralph's no longer cares what customer they offend. Vons does care.

Every time I go to this store it is clean, organized, and well stalked. Customer service is excellent as well. Would rather spend the extra money for that.

Clean, professional, has everything i need. Lines over populated they open another register for you. Sales are wonderful! Love this store and the employees/Management!

Great store and my personal favorite place to shop in Saugus for groceries . This store has very friendly employees a clean store and all around welcoming warm environment .
