Lucas and Julie are the go to people for your bike issues. There is also a new associate that is working back there and he was really helpful when I came in before. We bought my son a bike for his birthday and he has been really rough on it. We purchased the warranty with the bike which I strongly recommend because we have already used the warranty a couple times within the past four months. We did have to wait a while for parts. That was the only downfall but not their fault. I did get called two different times saying that the bike was ready and it wasn’t when I got there but luckily, this time Lucas was working and was able to adjust what needed to be adjusted on the spot. I highly recommend speaking with Lucas or Julie if you have a bike repair. Also buy the warranty they offer when purchasing!! I also find the store very organized and clean every time I come pin, which is nice .

Stopped by to check out adjustable dumbbells. The manager at the front of the store greeted me and was very friendly. When I got to the weights area, Andrew let me check out all the different options while explaining the differences. Although I didn't buy anything today, I will be back when I'm ready.

Came in today for a new pair of shoes. Ever time I visit this store the staff are very helpful and courteous. Today I was helped by Joe, he went above and beyond. He searched for different shoes in my size ( women’s 12) was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable on the shoes. I will definitely come back.

What an awesome place, can't wait to go back there again.

02/14/22 - 8:30pm: I want to say thank you to the gentleman that was working the shoe department, as well as the gentleman that was working the register at closing time during my visit. They took time out of their shift and assisted me in ordering the correct size baseball cleats and shoes. After checking and not having the correct size in stock and instead of telling me to go home and order them online, they showed complete customer service and took care of my son and I. I will definitely be back and recommend this store. Thank you.

Good variety of equipment and very well stocked for all kinds of sports! The customer service on the floor is great! I was asked if I could be helped by just about every employee. The service at cashiers is a little slow as the girls looked to be in deep in the latest gossip. Overall, great store!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all the big sporting good stores had not closed. This one is off the beaten path and easy to miss. It's up on top the hill across from the Saugus Walmart in the same shopping center as Babies r Us. We went in to get a gift card to mail (special request) and ended up buying gifts for two boys and their dad (as well as the gift card!).

The store is well laid out and not over-crowded. It has everything you need and more!

This place is very clean and the employee's are very knowledgeable and kind. I can go to Walmart to save a buck but I love the quality better here. Now that my daughter is in softball and soccer I feel better getting my daughter's needs here. I am one happy customer.

Super fast online pick up here, and they have a huge selection in store too. Overall a great place to shop with friendly staff

Getting a pair of shoes that you really need is definitely recommended here the associates are extremely helpful and friendly also if you are unable to spend a lot of money there are always sales going on it is highly recommended to shop here for any type of work sports or athletic wear they really have high quality equipment however some of the sports equipment is a bit pricy but shop here for sure none the less

Salesperson Damon was absolutely wonderful in assisting us with our purchase. He was very helpful with locating the cleates our son wanted.

The staff was excellent, Daimen and Judy went out of there way to make my visit a 10 plus, great job.

Service was very good, Dick's accepts e reward certificates even though they have expired, that's a BIG plus for my shopping experience.

This store is always clean and the staff very courteous. They are not always the best stock store but they are always willing to help
