Beautifully done. Walked in, thought I saw some 💐 that would work and they put their own twist to it. They were hard at work, flexible, masked and gloved up... happy I stopped in.

LA international Floral worked on a flower arrangement for my company, Infinite Dream Weddings. The arrangement came out just like the picture that I shared with Francisca, the owner. Francisca gave me some ideas and was very enjoyable person to work with.
I am looking forward to work with her in the future and definitely recommend her services.

Incredible service

I called them. Told them I was coming and when I show up they are closed and don't answer!

Wanted to buy a flowers asap, find on google maps, but they are closed and phone doesnt answer. But google map show up they are open. Sad.

My friends ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and granted they provided an incorrect address at first. I found out the day after that I was supposed to have flowers, chocolates, balloons, and a teddy delivered, but because an incorrect address was provided I didn't receive them. The florist told my friend that they delivered the flowers so I went to the incorrect address to pick them up. There was nothing there. I talked to the business next door and they said no one dropped off anything.
First strike - they lied about delivery.

My friend called again telling them that no such delivery happened and gave them the right address. On the day I was expecting them the florist called asking for me to come pick them up....I told them the address was an office and to drop it off with anyone, they went to the wrong address again. I told them to look at the order and deliver to the corrected address. On the third delivery attempt they finally dropped off the flowers but none of the additional things that were ordered.
Strike Two - Not delivering what was ordered.

A few days after delivery I get a call from the florist and they said there was a complaint (my friend had called to get a refund for the order that was not delivered) and tried to argue with me. I was baffled that they would call the recipient of the flowers to complain about how the order was carried out. I kept telling the lady that she was speaking to the wrong person and she just kept on talking until I told her that this wasn't my problem. She hung up the phone.
Strike Three - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

For the flowers themselves, they were pretty but didn't last more than 3 days.
