Enjoyed our meal here tonite. Everything was superb!! The flavors were popping and nice staff! I would definitely go back!! This restaurant is NOT your typical chain restaurant!! Loved it!!

My first experience here was AMAZING! Started off with the roasted brussels (to DIE FOR!), I got the Moroccan chicken and I've never experienced anything like it, just superior and delicious. My son has the chefs special (halibut) and it didn't disappoint AT ALL. So much flavor packed on these plates. If you're looking for a foodie experience... Then you need to check it out! Our service was STELLAR. Julia made everything perfection. I promise you'll thank me later! Oh yea, the bar and dessert is also on point!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

First time on a beautiful evening, smiling stress free atmosphere. We were seated quickly and from drinks to dessert, we loved every minute. The burrata was creamy, the fungi pizza warm crisp and flavorful, and the flourless chocolate love cake was beyond. What an all around experience. The answer to your question is-yes, go and enjoy! Now!

You will not regret this place. Sat at the bar for dinner due to a 45 min weekend wait. Bar was just as fantastic and I love seeing the drinks being made.

It's one of the best pork chops around, especially when you add a side of creamy polenta. I have been here several time is the last few months on different occasions and they haven't disappointed. Several items on the menu that will leave you wanting more. A must try 💯

We had not been to Primo Grill in many years. Not really sure why, but it was a mistake. The food and service were amazing. Happy hour was an A+. Great deals on really good food and drinks. We will be back soon.

One of the best spots in Tacoma for a date night! Impeccable food, atmosphere and service without being pretentious. Don't skip the sticky toffee pudding for dessert!

I actually enjoyed the appetizers more than my entree. For the appetizers I tried the fried cauliflower, kamilchee mussels, pan roasted calamari. And the mussels and calamari were SOOO good. Every bit was flavorful! The garlic saffron sauce that came with the calamari was delicious! The red lettuce was really good too. I liked the edge of the toasted hazelnut. For the entree, the lamb chops were nice and tender but not as flavorful as I’d like.

Food was excellent. The lamb shank with polenta was salted properly, prepared exquisitely, and the taste neared perfection. The craft cocktail menu did not disappoint either. The Cesar salad could use a little work, maybe some salt, slightly more dressed, and actual anchovies to get it up to par with the rest of the restaurant's food caliber.

We had the bacon-onion olive oil base pizza, and it was delicious! Also the mafaldine with mushrooms. I like my pasta al dente and this wasn’t, but the sauce was so delicious I quickly dismissed that. Brownie sundae and their coconut cake for dessert! Our server was so funny, and really everything about our dining experience here was incredible. Well priced, too! Will be back again. Lovely restaurant!

Incredible food, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We ordered the pan Roasted Calamari, Grilled Lamb Chops, Grilled Moroccan spiced boneless half chicken, Oaxaca Margarita, San Patricio Old Fashioned, House Limoncello, Vanilla Panna Cotta, and Bourbon chocolate cake.
Nice atmosphere, beautiful presentation, elegantly decorated. Great gluten free options including pasta and desserts for those with dietary needs.

Great food and service. Made a reservation for a Thursday night and it was pretty crowded so thankful we called ahead. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and entrees, will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing food, service, and cocktails! I have only been coming the last two years but every visit never fails to exceed expectation.
From friendly, attentive servers and staff to phenomal cooks and owners this place has it all along with fresh dishes for light or filling.
I always feel at home and a special guest when here ♡ as a person with severe social issues; thats saying alot.
The Panna cotta with extra compote is my favorite dessert. Always amazing; Rich yet light! They have a killer ceaser salad as well. Tonight we had a fungi pizza with the best jumbo scallops as a main with mussles and a red leaf citrus salad as a starter. (Myself and my fiance are very picky scallop eaters, the best tonight in ten years!! They were perfectly cooked. Carmalized just right with a sweet, buttery taste and texture. The zucchini and yellow squash with it was a delightful pairing.)
The Black Manhattan is definately a strong sipping drink, but the bees knees is lovely and warming. I always love coming here and trying their new cocktails. The peppercorn berry is lovely as well. Looking forward to more visits and delicious memories from here ♡

Amazing food, fantastic service in a cozy setting. This is my favorite restaurant in Tacoma. Their calamari in saffron sauce is the stuff of dreams.

I can’t count how many times I’ve been here. The service is always impeccable and the food is fantastic. Their pastas are heavenly and is what keeps me coming back. Cocktails are great and pack just the right punch! I wish they were closer to home but it’s worth the drive!

Please for the love of goodness, make sure you get the mussels, calamari, and extra focaccia to sop it up. Enjoy any of the mains, and then pro tip: get a hand pie to go to enjoy at home in sweats :)

Lively restaurant with great food. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Good neighborhood restaurant. Excellent cocktails and wine list.

Ordered the halibut special, carbonara, hazelnut brownie sundae, and a black manhattan. Everything was cooked perfectly and was definitely worth the money spent. I really liked the restaurant environment. It made for a really great start to a date night! We made a reservation beforehand, and I would recommend doing the same as it was pretty busy when we got there.

My boyfriend and I come to primo at least once a month - it’s such a cute cozy environment and have never had bad service. Everyone checks on you, it’s not your typical.. only YOUR waitress checks on you.
The food portions are a little small but always just enough. Yes, it’s a little pricey but definitely worth it because they already add on gratuity and share some of the profits with local farms because their menu changes as the seasons do to use local ingredients.
Great vibes. Great portions. Great people.
Oh… and the dessert is wonderful 👌🏼
