Had been using them for a while only because a family friend had recommended them. This was when it was ran by Dick and the service was great. Since then, they’ve become completely unreliable. They always miss appointments and no accountability. I have to message Ben 10 times before I even get a response. Though they definitely don’t miss the big appointments when they charge us thousands of dollars. This last experience with them has just been awful. They missed an appointment almost 3 weeks ago - I have called and messaged without a response for 3 WEEKS. I gave it this long only because of the long relationship we had with them but BIG FAIL on their part. Don’t waste your money.
