This is a really great store. I stopped by here to buy screws for a desk. They have friendly staff, and a lot of selection in-store. I would recommend anyone to stop by here for their hardware needs.

Great hardware store. Fabian always helps me with questions about something I’m working on and offers solutions. Won’t get that at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Also the prices are competitive with the big chains and online often even cheaper. Great selection of nuts and bolts downstairs. I’m always surprised by how much they have there. They even go out of the way to help my girlfriend cut some metal out of her computer keyboard stand so it would fit on her desk. Great service!!!

South Bay Industrial Hardware is outstanding. If they don't have it they are always willing to offer suggestions. You get straight answers that you'll Never get from the big box stores. Shop small and local to keep these treasures open and thriving.

This is my local hardware store and today was the first day I have finally stumped them. I am very impressed with the staff. You may not receive a smile when you walk in, you are not going to dinner here so suck it up, however you will walk out with what you need almost every time. Ask any question and receive the solution. No need to know where anything is this cluttered organization of tools and materials. IN OUT DONE. They close at 6 not sure what time they open.

Needed a part to repair a lamp. They are Friendly and Helpful! I got the part I needed as well as advice on the right way to do the repair! So happy to have my lamp working again!

This is an excellent example of a very good local Hardware Store. I was looking for a nylon washer they had the exact size that I needed.

This place has just about every small thing you need. It’s a small business with employees who have always been able to determine what I needed with the sometimes ridiculous descriptions I give. I value that more than a wide “how can I help you with a Phony corporate smile” on their face. Shop small whenever you can!

This place probably has the largest screw and fastiner collection in the world well organized in the basement. They require a 5 dollar purchace for credit cards. If you are lucky you find an item with a price tag from 10 years ago.

i go to this store even though home depot is closer because i can get in and out in 3 mins. I also go to this store because it is cluttered with everything and anything you possibly want in 10 different finishes and classes and because the staff act like grumpy old men - the people at home depot are friendly and useless, meanwhile grumpy old men are like catalogs and know where your #00 screw with whatever stupid plating you want is without a second thought.

Nice to have a local place when you need something. The guys have always been very helpful and when I ever needed any guidance they never let me down - good to go to a place where they know what they're selling and what they're talking about. I'm a regular.

Need an obsolete part? This place is AMAZING! They have stuff that hasn' t been made in decades that you won't find at the Home Depot!

Small hardware stores have everything. Home Depot, (for example) only carries high volume items. Great service!

Old school hardware store. Pleasant and friendly employees. They had what I needed and I was in and out.
