Abel is the best!! From the initial phone call where he was so friendly and helpful to the actually check and install of my battery he made everything easy and stress free. Don't waste your time going to the mechanic next door who will charge you to put a battery in or tell you that you need something you don't to make a buck. Working with Abel who was honest and kind and quick too. No waiting in the shop for them to get to your car while you sit and sit .

I bought an alternator at another Advanced auto parts store far away, but it turned out to be the wrong kind & it didn’t fit. I brought it back to Efren at Advanced Auto parts on Pico, which is closer to my house, & he easily figured out the problem! For the last 10 years whenever I have a car issue Efren has been able to quickly solve it. Efren is most definitely the best of the best👍 💯

Alan saved the day! When the mechanics said it was too late to honor my appointment spot, Alan offered to install my new battery within minutes and checked my oil to make sure it was OK. Alan and his assistant Efren were kind and skilled, I will come back if I can get their help again. Thank you!!

Nice people and quick service! We came in with a car battery that we were concerned about -- during the Superbowl no less. They helped us test and replace it quickly and we were on our way. Much appreciated!

I had been looking for an air pump for my tires for days—all the ones at the gas stations are out of order. Came here and they did it for free, as well as replaced the caps someone stole. Super nice service and highly recommend!

Came in with a car from Texas via Vegas and had a small electrical problem on the third brake light. Aphron was outstanding in diagnosis and helped illuminate the bulbs as the issue. Thanks great help at advanced!

Took a redeye home to a car with a dead battery, and was having a truly awful start to the week. AAA and Auto Zone did not have my battery in stock and I was so stressed as anybody knows not having a car in LA makes it impossible to get around and I commute to school. Jay thank god came to my rescue despite them closing 15 min after I arrived. I’m so so grateful, it was truly the help I needed to come through in that moment!

After going to 3 different auto parts stores for a broken side mirror with no results, I tried one more - Advanced Auto Parts. A very good choice! Mr. Bruno and his co worker went above & beyond to find, order, get delivered within an hour, AND install the broken side mirror - Amazing!
He even had Efren come out and check that it was secure and I could drive off safely.
This was customer service and care at it's BEST!!!!!

Efren D assisted me and he was amazing! I came for a key battery and he helped me with a battery for a scale-he didn’t have to but he did and was lovely.

These guys are so helpful! I have a hard time seeing, and they not only found the right battery for my car key, but they also installed it at no extra cost! Cannot suggest them highly enough!
