I have had a tough time due to being a distance away from my storage and just how things have gone with working, but thanks to the consideration of Suzee, I’ve been able to catch up and keep up with this company. She’s been amazing and extremely helpful in times that I needed! I appreciate this company.

Exceptionally friendly service. Came here to store on Memorial Day and I was met by a very friendly and helpful employee. All my needs were met at a great rate! Very satisfied.

Been here about 3 years and have seen some improvements in their access times so that's good. That still needs some work for more availability in the evening. Most places are open for access till 9 or 10pm so a 7pm closing time isn't a lot of time for people that work. With that said, the 2 people that work here are great, Susie and Marty. Both very professional and accommodating. Having a restroom to use when their office is open is a real perk.

I signed up online which was easy and brandy helped finish everything when I showed up. She had my gate code and protection plan ready and she took me to my unit around the facility and showed me security features. She was friendly and made the process easy.

Suzie, worked with me she was very helpful & kind. Job well done!! I enjoyed working with her, such a kind hearted person. very patient with me. & me being recently disabled I don't find that to much. THANKS So Much Suzie.

I purchased my unit online and then went in to see my unit and get the key. Suzee was extremely helpful! She took me through the process step by step and made sure I was well informed on the insurance, unit location and lock and key install.
My main reason for choosing SmartStop was the pricing. The location being right off the highway was a plus for me!
Security enforced and friendly staff is what completely sold me.

Love this location! I've been all over the state and have had my things many storage facilities and this place is BY FAR the best. Suzee, the manager is so nice and got me set up in no time. Highly recommend checking this place out if you need a little extra space.

This place is awesome! Excellent prices, great location and friendly staff. I was helped by the Manager, Suzze. It's obvious she loves her job as she provided excellent, 5-star customer service with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Brandie was extremely helpful with which unit was preferable and why it would be safe from water damage. She made sure we were able to have the unit cleaned before we moved items into the unit and made the experience quick and painless. Very pleased with Brandie‘s service

This morning I got a flat tire right in front of Smart Stop Storage and Brandie came out to “help” me change my tire. She actually did everything. Thank you so much Brandie for your above and beyond customer service!

Moving is always a headache, but Brandie was awesome and made everything such a breeze. She was even kind enough to bring us cold drinks, which we def appreciated. I’ll definitely be referring my family and friends here!

We rented a unit for over 2 years. The property is always clean. Staff is roaming property regularly. Very friendly staff! Would recommend 👌

Marty and Susie are extremely helpful and friendly. Rates are great. This unit will be saving me over $500/month from what I've been paying with Public Storage. Very happy with this choice.

I have been using Puyallup Mini Storage since the early 90's. I have always felt that my belongings were in the best, safest place. I have never had to worry about it. Recently, I had a payment issue and I had the pleasure of speaking over the phone with a wonderful person named Marty, who works behind the desk at our SmartStop location. He went above and beyond to help me, and he was the most polite, interactive customer service person that I have spoken with in a long long time. Marty is an asset to the company, and if raises are available, Marty deserves one! :)

Suzee is awesome! I’ve known her for almost 40 years and she always does her best in anything she does! She’s a honest caring person and she will help you your storage needs!
