Well and Flow Physical Therapy and Wellness

I first met Helen Setyan ten years ago when I was in my sixties. I had a fractured knee and didn’t know whether the knee would return to full function. With Helen’s knowledge, skill, and encouragement, I was able to regain full use of my knee.
More recently, I sustained a crushed vertebra and damage to my lower back muscles and fascia. I had passed out and fallen on the day my husband of forty-three years suddenly died. I could barely walk and was bent over with physical pain and grief. Helen has been invaluable in my recovery. The term, holistic, is used a lot these days but Helen truly embodies treating the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Today I am almost pain free and able to function. I don’t know how I would have made it through without her.
Helen is extremely knowledgeable and skilled but, most importantly, she is a loving, caring presence and personifies her belief in being of service. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I could barely walk when I first went to see Helen. Her approach is gentle yet amazingly effective. She felt her way through the hurt in my body as if she had hi-tech detectors on the tips of her fingers. She gave me exercises to complete on an app that was easy to use and keep track of my progress. I wish I didn't live so far from her office, I would go to her regularly for healing and strength building. Thank you for your care!
