No chili for hot dog

This is normally a chill spot however I want at 1:00 in the morning while driving across cities and this did not have any hot dogs at all in the warmer. That's Ratchet 24-hour stores are supposed to have 24-hour food rotating. Weirdddd.

This is usually a relaxing area, but when I stopped here at 1:30 in the morning to drive across cities, there were almost no hot dogs in the warmer. Ratchet is that. It is intended that food at 24-hour stores rotates around the clock. Stranger than strange.

DO NOT use your Debit/credit Card or EBT card in this location
On 11/25/2022 I went in the morning and purchased a couple things
That same day I noticed $534 missing from my account and it was used in a store located in Michigan! I’ve never been to Michigan!!!! 711 was the only store I used my new card at that day.
I heard of so many 711 employees putting hacking machines where you insert your card and PIN number but I did not think it would happen to me especially at this 711 because I’ve purchased here before!
I will also be sharing this 711 store information all over social media!

Worst 7 11 I have been to.
Me and one friend came there, and they had no food available.
Sandwiches were all extremely stale.
When we asked Surinder, who worked there, if they had any fresh food, he only gave us attitude.

When another customer came in to purchase a calling card, Surinder seemed very lost. I am very familiar with the cards so I tried to help and he got extremely angry and would not even let us make any purchases.

In short, low stocked, poor options, worse service!

Had the worst instance of customer service ever. After I had gone in and bought a car charger, it "fell apart" when I plugged it in. Literally 2 minutes after buying it, I went back in to request a new one, but the same cashier I bought it from accused me of bringing in a different type of charger his 7-11 didn't carry because it was missing a sticker that was originally on it. I went out and grabbed the sticker from my car and then he accused me of bringing in a different charger that was already broken.

Long story short, I had to argue with him in front of customers and plead my case of why I wasent trying to swindle the store for a free car charger... The experience was extremely rediculous, to say the least.

Been going to this place for a while now. The dude running it is always rude, and apparently incapable of returning even a "hello" - so good luck getting any actual help. There are literally hundreds of 7-eleven stores in LA, one is just a few blocks north of this one, I suggest you go there because you won't find anything worth your time here.
