Next on Lex complex in Glendale is an ideal place to live. It is well equipped, has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable life. Most importantly, it is safe, clean and comfortable. The leasing office employees are very caring and they do their best to come up with the best solution in any sphere. Whenever I have gone to the leasing office for any question, the issue has been solved within a blink of an eye. They do care about their residents and provide the highest level of service possible. In short, customer service level God 👌 we enjoy living in our cozy apartment in this complex and life here is like living in a 5 star hotel every single day.

I've lived here for almost a year now, and man I've absolutely LOVED this building complex, the staff and the vibe here. There are a lot of buildings to choose from, but for me -- Next on Lex is the BEST!

Joseph, Derek and Julian are absolute gems of guys with great attitudes who are really ready at any moment to help you with what you need, and want your experience to be the best possible experience here. There are a lot of people in this building and they are short staffed definitely, but they go above and beyond to make sure you are just having a blast here and loving it. I chat with them every day when I swing by and they're always ready to see what's going on and how they can help.

The maintenance staff is EXTREMELY friendly and on top of issues as much as they can be -- they work extremely hard and are always smiling!

The building itself is awesome and beautiful with great views for basically every unit having something to look at and built extremely smart and modern - not to mention such a central location. The gym is fire, the pool is awesome, and everyone really keeps to themselves and it feels very private.

For my money, couldn't ask more right now. No apartment complex is perfect, but gotta say this one comes pretty close to me.

Great place to live thanks to Derek, always on top of things. Very helpful, prompt and patient. Always finding solutions to every problem. Adrian from concierge is also very nice, kind and always helpful when there’s any issues going on. Thank you for such an amazing team.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Danny today. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was a seasoned professional. He not only quickly identified and resolved the problem with my shower but also took the time to explain the issue and the steps he took to fix it. His knowledge and expertise were truly remarkable.

What set Danny apart, though, was his warm and courteous demeanor. Not only was he highly skilled at his job, but he also made the entire experience a pleasure. His professionalism and exceptional customer service skills are truly noteworthy.

Julian. He’s literally the best. He has done all that’s necessary and more to make me feel like this is home. He is for the people and looks out for you with generous it’s and genuineness. Although this is a rental apartment it’s important to feel at peace where you lay your head at night and he makes sure to do that for his tenants. It’s rare and this company is lucky to have him. I’ve seen how my neighbors respond to him too and I just know I’m not the only one grateful he works here!

Moving in was such a wonderful experience! Michelle was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated her warm and welcoming demeanour

Walter Diaz did a wonderful job completing the flooring in our unit. The card was a great touch. To know what was completed and what still needs to be completed. Also it lets us know they’re on top of it! Thanks again!

I can confidently say that Julian is one of the best apartment managers I have ever worked with. From the moment I met him, he has been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. Whether I have a question about my lease or need something fixed in my apartment, Julian is always there to help with a smile on his face. He truly made me feel like a valued resident and went out of his way to ensure that my experience at Next on Lex was top-notch.

I did a self guided tour at this property and what made it an even better experience was Julian’s assistance and attentiveness. He was so patient and knowledgeable in explaining how to download the application process, and went a step further and gave me access to the units! It’s hard to find an agent that is genuinely proud of where he works and what he does. Felt like home already.

Next On Lex is probably the best building in its area, from being clean to the management and all the amenities. The whole staff is nice and helpful (especially Julian) thank you for all the help and quick responses to issues & fixings. The building and staff is awesome for anyone from being alone or having family and pets Next on Lex is a great place to live.

I LOVE Next On Lex! I have lived here for 2 years now and I want to stay forever ;.) Michelle at the front desk is such a sacred Angel and oh my gosh Julian, Holly, Cristin and Q in the leasing office are so sacred to me, too! They have been so kind to me for years now and have really been great friends, I LOVE them!! I Love the wonderful Love You Latte crew, too, and Danny in maintenance is epic!

The leasing office has always been helpful to me from day one of me signing my lease . Christine and Julian have always been there taking the time and going the extra mile with whatever issues that I have needed help with through the few years that I have been at Next on Lex !!! 5 stars for service and consideration

I’ve been residing at Next on Lex for the past three years and I absolutely love this place! My stay at Next on Lex has been wonderful because of Julian. He is always incredibly helpful, caring, friendly and treats every tenant with respect and care. Whenever there is a minor issue, Julian always helps us and takes care of things immediately. He is very responsive, patient, well-organized, and always on top of things. He makes sure my concerns and requests are well and promptly taken care of. Julian is the most capable and helpful property manager I have ever seen. It is really reassuring to know that I can always count on him whenever I have problems.
