1st time here today, 12/19. Staff members were helpful in setting up the initial process of the membership. That included setting up the PF app as well. The first-time impression walking in and looking across the facility looked well maintained. Was able to use the necessary equipment for today's workout, and the restroom was cleaned as well. Overall, I will continue to use this location.

Pretty decent gym, not a bad price. I love the tanning, infrared beds, and massage chairs. The showers are actually really nice, large, with lots of hot water. I enjoy all the different options of machines and equipment. Only reason I did 4 stars and not 5 is because they are no longer 24 hours and yet my monthly fee is still the same. I was a late night gym goer but now I have to limit my workouts due to time.

Updating to five stars because my local location has updated to later hours... not 24 hours but later none the less. So I am a happy camper. Oh and they sell a tons of Celsius flavors. Haha.

They always greet you when you come in and it's always very clean. It's pretty cool while you're working out very sanitary. The bathroom area is very nice and clean.
I like the variety of music and how many tvs they have and different things you can watch. Overall, it makes me want to go workout.

Friendly, clean, professional. All the machines I need and all the extras I enjoy. Love this place ❤

The manager is exceptional!!
I had a serious issue and it was handled within 24 hours. Even called me to see how things were going afterwards. I couldn't ask for a better club with better staff. The value for the money 👍

Good gym and not busy at all which means no waiting for any machines.

I usually come at 530 with the wife and it's not crowded and I can usually get to every machine I know it's kinda early but it's worth the wake up.

I am always treated with respect when I come in. The fitness center is always clean and the staff are always polite and helpful.

My favorite place!! You go workout then get a hydro massage :) then you red light and end it all with a nice stand up or lay down tanning bed!... you can do this EVERYDAY AND IT WILL ONLY COST U LIKE 21$ A MONTH! YOU CANT FIND THAT ANYWHERE ELSE! They have TONS of new equipment & machine and very clean locker rooms!

They changed their hours to open at 5am so we have to change our weekday workouts to 6pm after work and I thought it would be crazy crowded. The parking lot was making me worry but when I went in there were more than enough open machines for my liking. Lots of space without feeling overcrowded. Nice surprise and a good workout!

Awesome hydromassage spa that is a great part of any workout. Plenty of clean equipment that is well kept. This has been a perfect way to keep up progress I made in physical therapy.

I love that I can go in and work on my weight loss journey without any stairs or comments. I love the hydrotherapy massages after my workouts, I don’t seem to get the soreness since I have been using them. Great place to just go work on yourself!!!

Been coming to this location for about a year. Always see them wiping machines or cleaning the bathroom. Staff has always been friendly, parking lot is usually full during any peak hours. So pushing us to park by the dollar tree. A lot of homeless around and have seen someone's car broken into so don't leave valuables in sight. The police do seem to clear them out. Saw them do it yesterday.

Meeting new people with gym experience really helpful and glad found it in this workout place sometimes.

The place is quite and clean. There's never a judgement. I look at others on the machines to see how they work. And then read the instructions too. I'm a visual learner. I like to go when it's not very busy.

This gym is one of the best around. I travel about 20-30 minutes to here, rather than one closer. Everyone is very friendly, and there is no shaming of others that I ever see. It’s a very welcoming environment.
Membership cost is a great value. About $10 for just the equipment. About $25 for the full access including hydro massage beds and massage chairs which are totally worth it. The locker room and showers are always clean. The disabled shower is very roomy and accessible. It does take some time for the water to heat up. Only downfall is the clothing hooks have been broken for a while in the disabled shower.
Overall it’s a great gym!

I love Planet Fitness! This location is my favorite, just sad their no longer 24hr, that's the main reason I joined I'm a night person & it was perfect for me, but I'm not the masses & that pays the bills, I understand I guess. Still a fabulous Gym/Spa

Love the staff there. They actually interact and talk to you and remember you. Even though the University place PF in my opinion has better equipment, I keep coming back because it is clean, not over crowded and the service there is outstanding.

I used to Manage this club and can tend to be judgmental about things, definitely not my best fault. However, and am extremely impressed with how the club is being managed (not the it is any of my business lol). The club Manager Casey is definitely doing things right! My fiancé and I were in tanning on Saturday April 10 between 3-4 pm. Pablo was at the front desk helping us. He was extremely attentive and had a great personality! Full of smiles! The tanning rooms were very well kept up and clean. We did not work out, but I’m sure if the tanning beds were clean, the rest of the gym is to! Bathrooms were spotless! Casey is doing an awesome job and so is the staff! Pablo has definitely earned himself one of the Raving Fans gift cards and I hope I get the chance to see him again! Great work Casey and thank you for being super awesome Pablo!
