Rowena was phenomenal throughout our whole process. When I contacted health Insurance NW, I had no idea if my parents would even be able to get health insurance. Rowena helped us understand the different plans and even got us on a cheaper plan than we would have individually selected. Rowena completed the application and we will receive our insurance card within 2 weeks. I strongly recommend this service to anyone needing insurance coverage.

Rowena was in one word awesome! My wife and I went in to our appt. thinking we were going to have to pay a large monthly premium for a Plan D and Medicare supplement and left with a much better option with no monthly premium!
