Clean'n Save Cleaners

CiCi is one of the most amazing and honest seamstress! She takes pride in what she does and really takes the time to assess the garment and study the fabric. Her and I kind of became a design team the past few months, meaning I gained weight during lock down and she has let all my clothing out and tailored the new clothes I've bought to fit me perfectly! She's the best seamstress on the east Side, hands down!

Whenever we need something dry cleaned we bring it here and they're fast, they do a great job, and they're friendly. Lovely people and a great experience all around!

Cheapest environmentally friendly dry cleaners in the Silverlake area. I've been using them for years and they always do excellent work.

I wouldn’t go here.
They charged me twice for a dress that I asked them to reclean because of stains. She said she couldn’t remember cleaning it twice. If you enjoy paying twice for an item that still has stains on it then this is your place.
They argued with me for so long I just gave in and paid.
I’ve come here for years. It’s a bummer that they are willing to lose a customer over this.

They were very nice to me. I brought in a garment to have the large zipper fixed. The owner quoted me $28 which was a lot becauee the garment was not worth much. I agreed and when I came back the price was $35!
Not very happy at all.

Crappy Cleaners! They asked me if I wanted my husband's shirt washed or drycleaned. I told them washed but they turned around and drycleaned it because as they explained to me the guy in the back decided on it. No phone call to confirm. They also stretched the crap out of my sweater. Never again. I called to speak to the manager and they refused to let me speak to him or take my number.

This place has horrible customer service, the lady that was there was Hispanic I believe. I was not able to get her name. But I asked he questions and she was very brief with me and rude. They definitely need to find another person with kinder customer service!
