One of my favorite Resale stores. Great options and friendly staff, every time. Customer service and staff can definitely make or break a shopping experience, and I always have a great experience. 👍🏼

I’ve got to say, this location is probably the friendliest I’ve gone to! I’ve bought and sold at 5 other locations and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! Bought some beautiful items too! Brand new, with tags! Loved it!

Only downside is that the security sensor wasn’t removed from the purse I bought. I should have noticed earlier too though. Now I do have to go back to the store and get that taken care of.

I come here at least once a week to buy and sell and the staff is always so amazing. So warm and welcoming and in all honesty, overall, this is my favorite store to shop at and to sell at. I haven’t had any problems and security sensors are always removed lol. 5/5 stars!

I recently had to sell men's clothing and other items here. There was a short wait while buyers assisted others. Since it was my first time selling items, they were thorough about process and clear about what they were currently interested in buying. If they choose not to purchase your items, they will explain why. Very patient, courteous and professional. The buyer offered a reasonable price for the items I was selling.

The store is small but full of quality clean men and women's clothing. You can find current popular designer labels and some unique items. Shoes and some accessories are sold here. The store was clean and well organized, very different from thrift stores or other shops similar to it.

Parking here is very limited here, but there is parking nearby should you be unable to secure a spot.

Should I need to sell anything in the future I would consider using them again. They offer cash (35% of their selling price) or 50% store credit.

Nice assortment of clothes available for both men and women. Styles are still somewhat in touch with current trends. Prices are reasonable for what they offer. Some items are brand new with tags still intact. Staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Parking is limited in front of the store so you may need to find metered street parking in the area or park across the street in the supermarket lot AT YOUR OWN RISK. Meters are $.25 for every 15 minutes.

If you’re interested in selling your clothes to them, give yourself at least an hour to go through the process. Their staff will sort through your clothes and choose which pieces they wish to resell. In return you’ll either get 33% of the price they’re going to list it for in cash, or 50% of that price in store credit to use in their store.

Excellence in its purest form. I've heard people complain about their stores in some way or another . I just firmly believe those complainers are the ones who feel burned, offended and vengeful because their clothing wasn't purchased by the store. But here's what I have to say about that : pretend for a moment that the garment you are expecting them to purchase from you is one you would pay money for if you were browsing their racks . Just pretend . Then , take whatever you intend on taking to them for consideration and curate it. Down to ironing the dang article of clothing . It makes the experience a world of a difference. And you'll go from complainer to fan in a matter of a couple of visits. I trade, sell , buy and have nothing but respect for all the stores I have visited.

During the pandemic and for some time after the stores were closing as early as 6pm , which meant their buying cut off time was 5pm. Now, some of the stores are closing as late as 8pm , which means their buying hours are until 7pm. In addition, their drop off system was a free for all situation . Now some stores have limits on how many drop offs they take a day so make sure to check with each store individually so you dont make the trek for nothing if you cant wait to do a live buy.

Super friendly staff. Every time I come in I’m always greeted with a smile ! Really enjoy coming to this location because the staff really knows their trends and are willing to listen to certain things when coming in for a trade. Definitely my go-to crossroads!

This Crossroads great!! They’re super easy if you want to sell stuff and have a great selection of items and everyone seems to be careful about COVID. I definitely recommend this Crossroads over the Sunset location where I had a bad experience.

What a great store. They always have a good find waiting to be discovered. Plus buying second hand clothing is great way to help the environment and look cool at the same time! Staff is very kind and professional!

I’m from NY and every time I come to LA I make sure I visit this store! Super friendly and I always find some sick stuff to take back to NY.

If you want something unique, this is your kind of place! Very organized and clean, and prices were exceedingly kind. Staff were personable!

This store has the best selection of men's wear than of their other Crossroads locations around LA... and I've been to 5 of them!

It's so good. Shoes always on point. Clothes always smaller sizes tho. You know for the emo hipster types. Lololol

My favorite chain of clothing stores. This location is a little smaller than others (according to a friend) but still has a ton of variety.

I always find great additions for my closet. Everything is in good condition.

They have the best shoes and nice sales people.
