Shinola Venice Store

Just took my watch to the AK store this morning when it opened, for a battery replacement.

The two people who helped me were fantastic and assured me that I could have it back in time for my flight to Vancouver tomorrow morning.

Great products in a fun location. I am particularly impressed by the excellent customer service. Special shout out to Matt who helped me make my decision on my watch and showed me every possible option that fit smaller wrists (ha). I went with The Canfield Sport, 40mm in black, ceramic bracelet. Looks super sharp! Brandon did a great job in making my link adjustments.

Everyone is fantastic! Friendly and quick. I went in to get a battery replaced, it was done before I knew it. Of course it is nice to look at all of the beautiful things 😊.

I went to their GROVE opening (which was an amazing event) and won a gift card which i FINALLY brought in for an overdue peruse. They are the stuff that elegance is made of, the unisex version .... and the staff at the Venice location is amazing, literally could not be happier with the insight, advice and candid product assessment. I got a space pen for a futurist mindset WITH an old world EMBOSSED (on the spot, and WOW is it ever beautiful) notebook. I love that. Where else can those two worlds touch?

Big fan of the products here. The Abbott Kinney location has an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, full inventory from what I was seeing online and a very cool secret back room lounge where you can test their speakers.

I called Shinola Venice Store to inquire on one of their products. I spoke to Jared and I explained to him my situation, he immediately said, "Let me put you on hold so I can get more information for you". I asked him to take down my information and call me back whenever it convenient to him. Within the half hour, my phone was ringing. It was Jared, he had all the answers to my questions. He was articulate and very polite. He was genuinely helpful and that is very rare, hence this review. Thank you for your excellent service.
