Speir Pilates West Hollywood

This is my favorite Pilates studio in the whole Los Angeles. I love the location, parking is really easy to find. They have at least 1-2 open spots usually open for the classes if you book the last moment, which is super convenient for me. Also the studio is always sparkling clean and staff is very friendly, they remember your name, and are always willing to help
If you have any kind of questions or concerns. But my absolutely favorite part is that the studio has natural light from the huge window! Cause most of the Pilates studios are underground and it kinda makes me depressed, when Speir is always bright and inspiring. 5 star guys! Open the location in SF please, I’m there for work often and can’t find anything like you 🙏🤗

I recently had an outstanding Pilates reformer class with Danielle Burdick at Spier Pilates Weho. The session was exhilarating! Not only does she have a fantastic music playlist, but she also meticulously syncs each exercise with the beat. When the music transitions, she fluidly moves us to the next exercise. It's evident she puts a lot of effort into structuring her class for an exceptional workout. As a former Les Mills instructor myself, I wholeheartedly recommend Danielle's class. She's truly a superstar, and I can't wait to attend another one of her sessions.

I live in the neighborhood for over 2 years and I am kicking myself that I just discovered this studio and in just 3 weeks, this place changed my life. My body has transformed! I have never felt so fit and good about myself! I go quite often because of how amazing ALL the teachers are. I love the reformer, I love the classes, I love the layout, I love the people and the staff- it's truly amazing! Thank you Speir Pilates!!

Really love this place! The instructors are all amazing and the equipment is top notch. The smaller class sizes (I think the max is 11 attendees) also allow for you to get more one-on-one attention than you would at other bigger studios I’ve been to. I feel like my form has improved so much since starting here!

This studio is amazing. I’ve been going here for about a year now and love it so much. The instructors are so sweet and are always there to guide you through your workout and make you feel comfortable . All of their fusion classes are great and I always leave feeling sore in the best way possible. This studio made me love Pilates and enjoy working out. Highly recommend coming here if you haven’t already!!

I found this studio through ClassPass and loved it so much I cancelled my subscription and bought a membership here instead! Every class is unique, fun, and challenging—I'm never bored and always leave feeling stronger than when I came in. The instructors are so knowledgable and helpful, and always ensure you're performing the workouts to your best abilities. I am so glad I found this studio and could not speak more highly about it!

I had no idea how fun and challenging pilates could be until I came to this studio. You will leave feeling muscles you didn't realize you even had 🤣 I do a lot of HIIT training and yoga, and this is the perfect cross-training I need to get my body feeling strong and stabilized each week. The instructors here are truly top of the industry and everyone is so nice. Good vibes indeed.

I have been to a lot of Pilates studios in Los Angeles and Speir Pilates is by far one of the best. The trainers are knowledgable, the studio is clean, machines are in great condition, plus the workout is awesome! I'm obsessed with the Power Reformer class as it focuses on strengthening my core while improving my flexibility and posture. Andrea, the owner is super sweet and you can tell she really cares about her clients and studio. Such a great spot in the community and can't wait to go back and check out some of their other classes.

I do their remote access classes on Apple TV and it’s fantastic. Great variety of classes targeting muscles and stretches. Love that they have such an economical $29 monthly remote membership for access to the full library.

Ally is an amazing instructor! Love the variation in classes - they have nice stretch classes and more challenging cardio classes! I’m so glad I live super close to this studio!

This is a serious pilates studio! Every single class is consistent and hard and all of the instructors are amazing! So glad I found them :)

This is by far the Best Pilates’s Studio! Andrea’s method and style of teaching is amazing! You’re working your core and other small muscles that you may not even know you ever had. Andrea gives great verbal cue’s and if you’re a visual learner like myself she’s there to help you in a safe effective way to make sure you’re really targeting the right muscles. (Which I personally prefer from an instructor, I’d rather be corrected than injure myself.) She has GREAT ENERGY! No matter, if it’s your first time or you’re an experienced Pilates person...You’ll feel great afterwards and be happy that you joined a class! I highly recommend taking a class at Speir Pilates. It’s a bonus if you can get into Andrea as your instructor.

Gorgeous studio with top-notch instructors to match. I never leave here without getting a good sweat on. Plus, their attention to detail and positive vibes makes me feel like I'm an inch taller when I leave.
